Great overnight stay to Kruger National Park
A lovely guesthouse, friendly staff, very comfortable room with outside patio, fantastic entry point into The Kruger National Park

Adoramos o hotel e com certeza se retornar a Phalaborwa fico novamente!!!! O pessoal é super atencioso....tem restaurante, sala de jogos, piscina e academia!!!! Limpeza impecável!!!

leuk adres vlakbij ingang van het Krugerpark. leuk zwembadje erbij, diner is redelijk alleen personeel in het restaurant is niet echt vriendelijk

Un hotel solo para dormir
La verdad no fue muy feliz mi estadía en el hotel. Llegamos pasadas las 18hs y ya no había nadie en recepción, no sabían si las llaves que habían dejado eran las nuestras. Tardaron en darnos wifi porque solo tiene acceso la persona de recepción y no la querían "molestar" pasada las 18hs. El restaurant del hotel muy flojo, la comida era rica pero el servicio y la atención dejo bastante que desear.

Dear Tomas I am sorry you did not have a good experience with our check in process. Our reception does close at 7pm on weekends and public holidays which is explained under policies. You were the only guest arriving after hours so perhaps he misunderstood you as the keys would have only been for you. Emergency numbers are also displayed in the room and I do wish you would have phoned so that we were able to solve the problems you had so as to enjoy your time with us more. I will also speak to our security to make sure to phone us with any requests as our guests are certainly not a 'bother'.
