Wheelchair accessible A fantastic breakfast ! Our family really enjoyed the pool! This will be our go to family stay It was very helpful that we asked for a later checkout time so our daughter could enjoy the pool after the free breakfast and it was no problem ! Great staff. See you again soon.

Breakfast was great. The rooms are in disrepair. Our bathroom sink faucet was wiggly, the sink was cracked, the tub was yellowed. The clock in the pool area was dead. The hottub was out of service. It just needs some love. The price was great.

Little things kind of falling apart. Attention to detail, like the shower cap was kind of hanging off the wall, chipped paint, just little maintenance issues that kind of leave a sense of laziness about the place

We really liked the front desk attendant, Alice. We were somewhat dismayed that our second room had NOT been booked. Alice fixed it for us and we got our son into the motel.

Our bathroom needs superficial work done. But was clean just looked well used. The lady at breakfast was very friendly and made me feel very welcome.

They didn’t notify us that the pool was closed, we purposely booked this hotel because the site showed a pool. Even upon checking in, they didn’t notify us at all that this was closed. Our room didn’t have extra bedding for the pullout couch, even though we reserved a king bed with a pullout and the reservation showed 2 adults 2 children. Our tv picture is so bad you can’t even see facial features on the people. We will never book here again.

Although there are alerts online and signage in the hotel we understand this information can be missed. I apologize that we were not able to contact you directly as well. It was ok for 1 night, noticed a few things housekeeping missed in our room such as old coffee pod in coffeemaker, empty lotion dispenser, had to ask for pull out bedding, very stingy with towels. It was quiet at night and lobby was clean. Breakfast staff were very efficient and kept the area clean and well stocked. Desk staff friendly.

The room I received had a loudest exhaust fan in the washroom, the toilet was not cleaned properly. Staff was good. I checked at late night and I was too tired to complaint about it so adding it in the review for actions from hotel from next time.

I really liked the housekeeping job and comfortable bed.However my Tv experience was disappointing ,not good picture quality and limited channel selection.I also thought the breakfast’s were excellent.Overall I would recommend you to others, it was a good experience.

How clean It was and how friendly the staff is, the bar/restaurant right next door and the yummy free breakfast. I loved their Jacuzzi tub! Overall great stay. Highly recommend!

When we checked in we were greeted by Jessica. She is excellent; super nice and very helpful! This is our second time coming to the hotel in the past month to visit Trent University. Great hotel, nice pool and hot tub, perfect breakfast, and reasonable price.

We stayed while there was a hockey tournament in town. The staff were very busy but still did an excellent job with service. Breakfast was absolutely packed but the food was always hot and they refilled as necessary. Despite the chaos of the hockey kids, the staff were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Hotel is well situated in the golden mile of the city. It is close to all things. The check in, check out were friendly and courteous. The morning complimentary was tasty and plenty of room for all. All the staff were approachable, friendly and cheerful. It was a great stay and I will stay there again
