"One of the best stays I have had aboard, the reception staff are wonderful and very accommodating. I was travelling along with my two children (under 5 years old) and they equipped my room with a lovely cot bed & helped arrange travel to and from Verona airport with child seats . The staff working the breakfast shift were also really approachable and friendly, the made ready to order omelettes and pancakes and it all tasted beautiful. "This hotel is gorgeous and has beautiful views of the golf course. Breakfast was a good selection and service was great! The selling point for us was how convenient the shuttle bus is. It runs every hour in and out of town which saved us a lot in taxi fares. 4/5 for cleanliness due to finding a few ants in the bed but, to be honest, this is expected in a ground floor apartment in July so we didn't mention it to staff. Other than that all clean and well presented. "
