"Span is definitely not for a holiday stay. The staff is terribly inexperienced and does not know what hospitality means. They are rude as well. Kitchen does not even have plates or any cooking device at all. Parking is terrible as someone parked right behind us and blocked us for leaving for some hours. All in all the worst hotel stay for us. "

"This hotel is definitely not worth the money. The grounds are lovely but both pools were shockingly bad. View from the restaurant was wonderful but cleanliness needs to be improved. The staff were lovely and helpful but pretty much every restaurant order was wrong. The wooden rooms need refurbishing. It looked as though the floor tiles in the bathroom had been ripped up and not replaced. "
