There was no hot water for multiple days. The spa was very poor. Outside massage with construction equipment running - stressful. Service took a long time in the only restaurant. I won’t go back.

Amazing place to stay
It was our anniversary and it was better than expected. From the moment you arrive it is a wow factor. The service was at 150% at all times from everyone. The Food was amazing and the juices where freshly made as you order them. The rooms are perfect and it even had a special area outside your room. Do I recommend it???? It is the only place I would stay from now on when in Pereira. The Best!!!!!!

Truly the perfect place for a couple romantic and relaxing vacation. If approaching by car, it could be a better indicated, as its hard to find, but service, facilities and the room are super amazing.

Nice setting and location; A very quiet place wirh very nice staff; Lucho, Sandra, Alejandra, Christian, William, are awsome! Pleasant Spa and massage staff; no children playing around the massage tables and spa would be nice. beautiful place and sunsets, nature and birds. Will come back!

What a disaster.
Were staying there for New Year's Eve and Day. No kitchen service. Couldn't get anything to eat after 4pm; asked for a bottle of red wine - nothing available! Location is in a nice secure estate. Large rooms, but the place was dead like a graveyard.

It was wonderful. It's a small hotel and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The staff are super friendly and personable. The attention to detail was fantastic. Can't wait to go back.

Building itself is beautiful. The senior staff are lazy and in some cases rude. The junior staff are clueless and need a lot more training to be effective.
