Upon arrival, there was limited staff available to check if our room was ready. The room was partially cleaned, with fresh linens and a dirty bathroom. While in our room, another guest unlocked our door with her key, as she was booked in the same room we were already in. Overall poor experience.

Stay away from the first floor, to avoid the cockroaches and extra noise. Although, every floor sounds like a dog kennel, at various times of the day, like 5 in the morning I regrettably got to wake up to. There was one younger female with short dark hair that seemed to be in a “bad day” mode, everyday. Quite grumpy, to be sure. Other than all that, the place is tolerable for the rate Expedia.com gave it to me for.

The room two doors down had a smoke alarm sounding at midnight waking me up. Called the desk to report it. 2:00 still sounding alarm couldn't sleep called again. Nothing done about it. Checking out, still going off. Couldn't sleep!

I love it here. It's Quiet, super safe, super clean, great location (within walking distance to a gas station, a few eateries and bars nearby) and very Affordable...Not to mention the Amazing staff! From the Front desk crew, from Mitch, to Victoria to Christina, to the Housekeepers Maura, to Ken and the young man with the glasses and the young lady with the dreads, to the GM Brittany, I seriously mean it, that Everyone who works for this property, is TOP TIER! I feel so at home and I stay here often for that reason! I love it here!

Room was clean and basic needs were met. Definitely fits the definition of economy with many things that cost extra. It was pretty noisy and the smell of weed lurked everywhere. The upside was that it was pet friendly and our dog was clearly welcome.

I did not like the fact when I made the reservation online it included breakfast, but when I got there I was advised it was not true for that location. Also, one of the bed sheets had stains. Definately could be better. The staff was very nice.

This is not a place to go for vacation. This place is only for people who need affordable housing. The conditions of our rooms were as if we stayed in someones house who did not expect guest. Spit and food and wax and other substances on floor. And counters and floors sticky. Mold in bathrooms . Front staff moved us to new room stating it looks clean in my option. To find red droplets and hair covering the bed sheets and pillows. Bed quality was so loud and squeaky breathing made it shake. Walls are indeed paper thin. And to top it off, the halls reak of animal urine, weed and smoke.

I will NEVER stay here again. The guy at the front desk was very friendly, that is the ONLY good thing I can say about this place. There was no toilet paper in the room when I got there, bugs crawling around in the room, there was still old soap crusted up in the soap holder in the shower, the rooms and hall smelled awful, and the mattress was completely sunken in on the right side. Property is acceptable! ORBITZ was awful!! Half of reservation was unfunded by ORBITZ. Hotel would not allow check-in until ORBITZ funded the hotel. I was required to call ORBITZ, wait, wait, talk to off conus customer service (awful) waited for customer service to find reservation, then waited again to hear back from customer service. 35 minute check-in, UNACCEPTABLE!

If you want to relive your freshman-year dorm room experience then this is the place for you. Complete with a rickety metal bedframe and carpet you want to keep your shoes on the entire time. While there is a two-burner cooktop there are no pots/pans or dishes which makes it pretty worthless. On the positive side, the mattress was actually comfortable, the sheets were clean and the A/C could make you feel like you were in the arctic circle. If you're just looking for a place to sleep it works and the price is reasonable.

more than once I felt unsafe. someone tried to get in our room on our first night after we went to bed. the next day while walking my puppy, I felt a man was stalking me. then there was some kind of "crime" committed on the property. an ambulance and 3 sheriff cars and 2 crime scene cars were there. I was also unaware of how little the room was furnished. there was no shampoo provided and when I asked if they had any I was told no. there was also no coffee pot available anywhere. the morning we left there was loud shouting and arguing going on somewhere on the first floor. I also had to go find someone to check out. all I was told was to just slide my cards under the metal window. I will not be staying at this facility again and will not recommend it.

This was the most misleading property in be ever visited. The property was not clean, smelled of mildew and mold. Service was horrible and you pay for towels everyday smh! This property was the worst, it’s a pretty disgusting excuse for a hotel.

Smoke alarm went off if there was even a small amount of humidity. Other guests had same problem. Had to keep the AC cranked down to 63 all the time. There was no light in the room besides the ceiling. Room was so spartan it felt like a jail cell. I couldn’t wait to leave. Wasn’t worth half the price I was charged.

I hate to rate this hotel so low but maybe it’ll help them make some improvements. Hotel cleanliness was poor, the mattress needs to be cleaned or replaced, stains were on mattress and on mattress cover. The floor was not clean, no garbage can in the bathroom or room. It is not a hotel for vacations, maybe for people that need a quick stay due to nowhere else to go for a low fee.
