In an industrial area, but 10 minutes walk to a tramway/metro stop. Clean rooms.

Horrible payment policies when using a credit card
At the check-in, we tried to pay with a credit card. The clerk forced us to choose the currency (EUR/USD) against our will (you are usually given a choice of currency when using an out-of-country credit card) by pressing the buttons himself and telling us his manager told him to do so. When we protested, the only option given to us was to reimburse the transaction back onto the card and pay cash. After some back and forth we told him to do just that. Then it took him about 20 minutes and several unsuccessful attempts before he managed to do that. Obviously we were not happy about the whole story - as well as other customers waiting to check in behind us.

Excellent Good Value Hotel
Although the Hotel Philadelfia is on a poligono (indusrial estate) it is such good value and well worth staying there. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, the hotel itself clean and bright, and the rooms comfortable. It is certainly good value with its lunchtime and evening buffet at only 9 euros. We will definitely stay here again. After all, you only usually use the hotel for staying in overnight, so the fact that it is on an industrial estate should have no influence on your choice.

The Philadefia was very clean and a great value, but it was a little farther from the Centro of Granada than I realized. It is in an industrial area of town which was deserted when we arrived in the evening and very busy with traffic in the morning when we checked out.

Suburban Granada hotel a pleasant surprise
This hotel was a very pleasant surpirse. It is in an industrial park. It was a second choice. It was much above our expectations in cleanliness and condition. It is a multi generational family owned and run business. Once we learned what the popular and abundant family restarurants are all about, that hotel's in house morning bar food and coffee was tops. Evening buffet is adequate. The hotel's client base is about 75% business. The hotel meets that goups needs quite well. For the holiday traveler it is a no nonsense good buy. Visiting Granada and the Alhambra was a treat and a challange. The heart of old Granada is NOT auto friendly. Don't go there. If you are traveling by car stay on the outskirts of Granada or in the suburban communities. This hotel is just fine for that.

Hotel económico muy recomendable si quieres pasar una simple noche de paso. La cafetería abre a las 7 de la mañana y está bien de precio para desayunar. Lo malo es que está dentro de un polígono, un poco desolado

it's not close to downtown granada if you don't have a car, it's an industrial like area, the place is good and the zone was quiet to rest at night. Facilities are as shown in the pictures, all good.

Mala relación calidad-precio.
El sitio es muy básico y no está mal, pero me parece muy caro para la calidad que ofrece. La habitación era pequeña, no tenía mesillas y la cama estaba pegada a la pared por un lado, lo que dificulta mucho que duerman dos personas cómodamente. Había algo de olor en el baño.

Hotel Philadelfia, buen hotel
Limpian todos los días las habitaciones, cambian de toallas si es necesario diariamente, estado en muchos hoteles hospedado y de todas las categorías y pocos Hoteles an estado tan limpios como el Philadelfia, abajo del hotel hay un restaurante donde solíamos desayunar, el personal muy simpático, el Hotel está en un polígono industrial a 12 KM de Granada, a 3 minutos del hotel se encuentra el metro hacia Granada y las autopistas dirección a Malaga, Cordoba, Sevilla, la costa Tropical Granadina o Madrid, volveriamos otra vez. Saludos

El hotel está bien ubicado , tienes la ventaja de aparcar en la calle sin problemas , está bastante limpio y el personal bastante amable , como única pega pongo los colchones que son más duros que el corazón de una suegra, también el aire acondicionado deslumbra toda la habitación cuando apagas las luces

O restaurante anexo
O hotel é bem simples e fica numa área industrial. A grande vantagem é o metro próximo que permite ir ao centro de Granada. O ponto alto é o restaurante anexo que tem pratos ótimos, agradável surpresa!!!

Prettig gelegen aan snelweg ri grenada. Alhambra binnen half uur te bereiken. Inchecken en kamer waren prima. Ontbijt in weekend pas mogelijk vanaf 8.30. Wifi is slecht

El hotel perfecto. Ordenado, habitación amplia tal como descripción. Todo muy limpio y mobiliario en perfecto estado. La única pega el olor del lavabo. La única solución no abrir la puerta.

Lamentamos el olor a tabaco, desgraciadamente no podemos hacernos responsables del comportamiento incívico de otros huéspedes, su habitación era de no fumadores. Tomamos nota de su queja relativa a los colchones, aunque no entendemos a qué se refiere por la lentitud del recepcionista; sentimos si no pudo atender a alguna de sus peticiones, con toda seguridad provocada por una acumulación de otros clientes con los que compartían hotel.

Muy amables pero incomodo
El hotel no está mal, el personal muy amable, pero en la habitación la cama era un horror. El colchón de muelles, se clavaban, la habitación pequeña y cada vez que entras al baño el ruido del extractor era una tortura. Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, por la mañana prontito se oia a los vecinos super bien. En fin, lo dicho, no está mal pero tiene mucho margen de mejora en las habitaciones.

Bof... la chambre était minuscule, et il y régnait une forte odeur de tabac très désagréable... Dommage qu'on ne nous ait pas prévenus que le petit-déjeuner n'était pas servi le dimanche matin. Il a été très difficile de trouver un endroit pour déjeuner dans le quartier.
