The is a tired old hotel. 20 years ago would have been 5 star but now is 3 star. The property is poorly maintained, the breakfast, service, cleaning etc match the tired state of the property.

Huge l, clean rooms. Beautiful view from the balcony. Breakfast was good, although the coffee wasnt nice. 3 steps and you're on the beach. Pools were massive and really lovely to swim in.

Isolated and Quiet, if that's what you want.
I don't think it's a bottom up fresh build, but a common area remodel. Location was not ideal, a good walk from the main road, and in heat. The back way was also a good walk from any decent retail/services. My room was dated, showing signs of wear and damage to the trim and water damage. Breakfast was better than average.

The staff was super friendly and the place is a hidden gem! I was very impressed with the overall property and I recommended my friend to go and they went the next day and loved it too!

The staff are doing a great job despite the difficult times. Providing the best services given the limited resources available. The hotel has definitely seen better times, a lot of facilities weren’t open. Location is amazing, close to the beach and town. I’m would love to come again once they have refurbished the place

Large rooms in a quiet big hotel next to beach
We booked 2 rooms in same booking but the hotel gave us rooms on different floors, which is strange. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom has both bath tub and shower box, very convenient for family with kiddo like us. The amenities are basic though, and the bathroom condition is a bit worn out. The shower head fell off while my kid was bathing. Breakfast buffet was okay, not many choices but enough for guests. Other than that was nice. We loved big pools, large lobby area, and quiet shady surrounding. The beach (public) is just across a small street, quite clean and not crowded.

Nice enough hotel. Seemed almost deserted in Decenber though. Not very convenient for shops, town or bars or anywhere to else though. Staff were pretty disappointing especially reception. Poor english and not very friendly. At 12.15 a call to the room inforned me to "be quick and hurry up" to go checkout even as i was heading out of the door. Wow. Given the place seemed to have almost nobody staying there it was especially unecessary. I dont think i would stay again based on rhe poor service and inconvenient location.

We stayed here for 3 nights and ate breakfast once. The breakfast was for Asians not for Westerners There was toast and eggs and a little to but there was no breakfast with 4 stars as it says. The depth of the pool was just under 1 meter. Otherwise it was very quiet there may be 40 to 50 guests in the hotel. The hotel has a resturant but we never saw any guests there. If you do not have any major requirements and want to live near the sea this hotel is good. If you want English or American breakfast, choose another hotel if you do not like Asian breakfast.

Good overall
The Heritage was nicely presented , lovely pool and reception area . The rooms were spacious , daily clean was okay , a mop of the floor would have improved things . The breakfasts were fairly average . The bar was soulless and consequently was empty for the whole of our stay . The hotel was extremely quiet - perhaps no more than 50 people staying when we were there , 2 weeks before xmas which may explain that- but it increased the sense of abandonment !

Sehr schönes Hotel. Nur durch eine kleine Straße vom Beach entfernt. Frühstück leider nicht zu empfehlen, nur wenn man früh schon warm speisen möchte. Sehr nettes Personal.

Bra location!
Hotellet är nära till allt; strand, restauranger, butiker och night market. Rummen är lite slitna och även poolerna. Tyvärr har de alldeles för få solstolar, så flera dagar var det många som inte flck plats, detta trots att där är stor plats för fler stolar. Bra frukost och god lunch!

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig direkt am Strand, nur durch eine Straße von ihm getrennt. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön angelegt, allerdings für die Größe des Hauses zu wenig Liegen - sie wurden schon morgens früh alle belegt. Zimmer war schön groß mit großen Balkon. Klimaanlage war sehr laut, insbes. durch Gebläse auf dem Hausflur. Frühstück war sehr dürftig. Das Nötigste war da, aber kein Müsli, kein Aufschnitt, kein Käse; insgesamt keine Vielfalt, täglich das gleiche Einerlei. keine Hotelbar vorhanden. Servicepersonal war häufig überfordert; keine Freundlichkeit, wie man es aus Thailand kennt. Insgesamt wirkt die Anlage nach außen noch schön, tatsächlich ist sie ziemlich in die Zeit gekommen. Zum Baht-Bus 20 min zu Fuß. In der Nähe gelegener Nachtmarkt mit sehr gutem Angebot. Gesamtes Viertel ist sehr stark durch russische Menschen geprägt. Das Meer bzw. Wasser wirkt sehr verschmutzt und insbesondere zum Nachmittag hat es häufig stark gerochen. Die unmittelbare Strandanlage ist allerdings gut gepflegt. Liegen kosten dort 100 Baht.

the pool acces room we booked was not available for the first night, but we got a large room with a sea view instead. Night market and restaurants nearby, but getting to other places is difficult. Very quiet location near the sea.

Huonoa palvelua
Hotellin alue ja huoneet siistit ja hyvät. Palvelu kuitenkin oli heikkoa ja meiltä veloitettiin lakanoista 2000baht lisämaksu aurinkorasvasta likaantumisen takia. Sovimme vielä asian niin, että pesetämme lakanat itse ja maksua ei peritä. Pesun jälkeen tarkistimme lakanat, että niissä ei ollut enää mitään jälkiä meidän tekemistä tahroista, mutta hotelli peri meiltä silti täyden maksun. Aamupala oli ok 3/5. Perusaamupala.

Perfekt!!! De er som altid søde, værelserne er virkelug fantastisk standard. Har boet her mange gange nu, og det er bestemt ikke sidste gang. Kan varmt anbefales. Oh, og deres pool er lige så god som resten.

Et fint hotel, som bæger præg af at det har stået stille nogle år, der mangler generelt rengøring. Airconditionanlæg gik i stykker 5 gange før vi blev flyttet til andet værelse. Der var så et toilet der skulle laves.
