I have stayed at Siam@Siam many times.. I feel like I've written this review before and have dejavu! I keep coming back. I love the location, the design/decor of the rooms, and the service. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, the pool areas are perfect for chilling with a view that I would like to see every single day. Great hotel!

This is my favorite place to stay in Pattaya, staff is excellent and accommodating, I was pleasantly surprised they remembered me from my previous stays!! Great food!

This was the most enjoyable resort i have ever stayed. It was my wifes birthday and the little things the staff did to made it memorable. The two swim pools and the vuews were awesome.

Generally pleasant hotel to stay. Service in general is great. The gym is adequate. Neighbourhood could be a bit noisy if travelling with children. All in all, I'd consider staying here again for my next visit.

Great except one important thing
Everything was great about my stay except one (but very important) thing. The WiFi. I could only check email, check some social media, and other small tasks. I could not stream or even watch YouTube videos. I give it 4/5 stars for this reason. I had friends staying at a near by hotel which they said had great WiFi speeds.

Appalling treatment by reception.
At check there was no welcome or warmth. Worse still I was treated like I was a criminal. To my surprise I was for deposit of 9000 bhat. I was not told this at booking. It is not on the website. I had no choice as it was late at night and I was tired after a long flight. I explained that my booking notification showed that as a Hotels.com gold card member I would be considered for an upgrade and lated checkout. This was not taken seriously even though I had it writing. During my stay I went reception about the late checkout. This was teated very off -handishly with know all attitude. I asked for the manger who was defensive but completely unhelpful and ineffective. She took a long time to explain why she would not help. I suggested t her that she should contact Hotels.com even though I had it in writing. She did and I was granted the late stay. This whole transaction was combative and I was made to feel that I was not welcome in the country.
