Worst property I have every stayed in.the lights where not working, there were bugs on bed, the sink won't drain properly, no basic amenities provided until I asked for it. Staff had some different kind of attitude.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was truly magical! Despite being in a country with a different religion, the hotel embraced the festive theme beautifully. The staff, who were not only excellent but went above and beyond, helped us book excursions, overcoming any language barriers seamlessly. Our family felt incredibly welcomed, and the hotel's array of kid-friendly amenities, including a great kids' program, made our stay enjoyable. The only slight downside was the absence of nighttime babysitting/childcare services. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Solid courtyard stay
Courtyard Marriott is predictable in a good way. No problem at all with our rooms, breakfast was much nicer and more extensive than expected. The only complaint I have is the bathrooms looked a bit worn (some mold in shower and just a bit dated). Overall though for the price it was a good value and nothing that I would feel the need to actually complain about.

The non-smoking policy that we have is clearly stated and announced in the rooms. If you would want to smoke, we do have smoking rooms available on request and pre-arrival booking stage. I think they turn up the air conditioning at breakfast so you do not enjoy being in a cold temperature. They want you to eat quickly and get out is the feeling I got. After breakfast the air conditioning is not as cold, I know this for a fact. Why they allow one yelling baby spoil every one elses breakfast is unreasonable. Same yelling kid ever day.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel, the experience of first time stay is overall very good so I book again but this time I feel the staff are not friendly and not helpful. I need to wait for long time to get the room,nearly four hours, the staff only tell me that day are fully booked. At last the room also has something problem, electricy supply is not stable . When I switch on TV button the whole room was no supply but only bath room have. When I switch on another button the bath room was no supply again. I feel not comfortable and will never stay again.
