Excellent B2 Hotel in Pattaya
Excellent Management, Reception Staff and all other staff. Very helpful in resolving any issues. Excellent location for me and easy to find on Pattaya Tai Road accross from the Shell Gas Station. I would recommend and also will return to this property in the future trips to Pattaya.

Out of the way, most taxi drivers had difficulty in locating the same. Seriou language problem, staff do not know English, Poor room ventilation, no sun light

Budget hotel, expect 0 customer service. Check in staff were not friendly and whenever requested anything they seemed clueless. Upon check in I gave passport, name and my check in itinerary Expedia number. She told me wrong number no Expedia. Staff never smile, were not helpful and it felt like being serviced by an out of date self service machine. The facilities for bathrooms are left outside of bathroom, the rooms were spacious but had an eerie dull atmosphere. Overall I would not recommend and would never come back to budget hotels again, first time and probably last especially with B2.

An OK Budget Hotel
I recently stayed at this Hotel. This is a Budget Hotel. Rooms are Small & can't accommodate 3rd Person. Rooms are OK OK. No Tea Coffee Maker in the Room & No Tea Coffee Pouches as well. Hotel doesn't have its restaurant is operational only during Breakfast Serving time 7 am to 10 pm. Same Breakfast Menu I had everyday for 5 days. If you need anything, you have to go & buy yourself from 7/11 or Family Mart. Its a Joiner Free Hotel with valid ID. Housekeeping is done regularly & housekeeping staff is good. Bathroom Shower cabin is Small & there was no Soap Case inside the Cabin. I dont know which Architect advised Hotel Management to keep walls with just masonry, Smooth Finished Plastering & No Colouring on Wall & Ceiling too. Old Independent Electric Water Heaters are attached to shower giving slow shower supply. Need Improvement. Wifi is there in Room But Collect Password everyday from Reception. But this Hotel is a Budget Hotel & you need to satisfy for what you have paid (700 THB/Day Approx). Road is approx 200 mtrs from main Road. Come to Main Road & take a tuk tuk pay 10 THB & it will drop you at Walking Street signal / Pattaya Beach Road Junction in 5 Min Drive. Tutkom & McDonald is 5 Minutes Walk. Check-out is 12 Noon. Late Check-out is 200 THB for 2 Hrs & after that you have to pay full day charge. Overall OK Stay for what I paid Honestly. But Hotel Management needs to improve on Bathroom Facilities & Tea Coffee Makers are needed.

Poor Hotel Stay Away
Stayed here very recent, staff are rude, dont speak much english, tried to charge me £60 for towels they said i had stained with girlfriends make up? Yet they put other stained towels in my room and said they where clean but the stains are normal! I spoke with tourist police who advised me not to pay them which i did! I would never go back, this also happene to two gentlemen also staying who was being charged £40 for ruined towels? This is a scam to make money from tourists! Do not use them!

Nice hotel at quiet dead end street except for incessant dog barking at 3 or 4 in morning...no English or very limited at front desk and couldn't give me hotel email in order to print an important documents for me which they were going to charge me for??? Rooms clean enough but cleaning lady on my floor wouldn't give us more than one roll of toilet paper per day even if they were miniscule rolls...ended up taking some from lobby washroom...also had to ask for soap, shower caps and shampoo even though she could see that we had very little left...on 4th day all of sudden quips showed up so why were they not there on first day??? The plus for us was the location and basically pretty quiet at night. Pool has no lounge chairs and is in shade most of the day...

Good place to stay, clean and comfortable. Like the built-in counter work top. Had nice lighting with chair, great for lap top use.Good value for the money. It's a bit far from beach but baut bus is cheap.Good small eatery just up the street by 7/11. Noodle soup was very good and about 35bts.

Nice and warm -strong shower, but shower doors do not close well. Room had chair and light at counter for work. Good wifi. Hot pot with coffee was nice. Good value for the money. Booked 1 night but stayed longer. Only bad is the door slamming it trying to rest.

B2 Vacation Pleasure
I found the staff friendly and accommodating a little helpless though due to limited knowledge of english. Bob the general manager was just great. He provided me with a soft overlay mattress at no extra charge for my sow back and is keeping my bicycle, I purchased ( Big C for 3500 baht ) for 6 month until my return. The pool is OK. The restaurant brunch could be improved on. Overall, I will go back. It is a very clean hotel and my chamber maid was outstanding. She realized how I like things and put everything back as she found it. Definitely deserved the 100 baht tip I gave her every week.

Getting a rented bike will be more convenient as there's more than enough space for bike and guard is there all the time to look after your bike.

Thailand is know as the Land of Smiles well you will not find any here. Thailand has a no smoking law for public buildings and hotels, this place did not have any signs that said no smoking or the amount of the fine and they let people smoke in the halls and the rooms. I woke up at 3 am my first night because of all the cig. smoke coming into my room. Noise is also a problem since this is a modern design with cement walls and tile floors and thin doors with no seals around them. My 2nd night it was the drunks at 2 am that woke me up. Pattaya has 10 baht pickup truck taxies that go up and down South Pattaya road but they do not go from down town out to this area at night so I ended up walking back every night.

I was in Pattaya with my customers so I chose B2 as it is not far away from the city. Everything was within my reach. The room which I stayed was room 709. The room itself was worth the price and I was pleased with everything except that there was a problem with my key card. This was after I checked in. When I came back to my room as I inserted a card before I entered my room, the card was non responsive so I went back to the ground floor to inform the hotel staffs about the problem. A woman from the desk took my card and swiped it on the machine and she said try again. I went back to my room and inserted a card for the second time and as I expected, the card was did not work as there was no beep sound so for the third time I went back to the staff once again on the ground floor and this time they sent a man to go back to the room with me with a new card and again the card did not work. What they did was they called one of the staff to come up with a machine to unlock my room and then I was granted access to go in. On the second day,I went to have breakfast and as I came back to my room, I was unable to get into a room again. I asked the hotel to fix it and if it is severely bad, I would move to a new room. It turns out they can fix it but again on my last day I was unable to get into my room. I guess it probably was this particular room that has a problem with key card access.
