Budget hotel, expect 0 customer service. Check in staff were not friendly and whenever requested anything they seemed clueless.
Upon check in I gave passport, name and my check in itinerary Expedia number. She told me wrong number no Expedia.
Staff never smile, were not helpful and it felt like being serviced by an out of date self service machine. The facilities for bathrooms are left outside of bathroom, the rooms were spacious but had an eerie dull atmosphere.
Overall I would not recommend and would never come back to budget hotels again, first time and probably last especially with B2.
