The staff are so unhelpful no kettle. It’s out the way I wouldn’t recomend this place I got mixed up with another AA betel in Pattaya not good Not Recomended at all what a dive Internet wasn’t any good not secure really out the way

The staff was great, but the room was not real clean. The kitchen area doesn’t have plates, forks, spoons etc, water kettle doesn’t heat up water, the mosquitoes were thick around the property. This is more like a motel than a hotel and the area around the property doesn’t feel real safe. We would never stay here again.

Great place and service for an amazing price
When I arrived I had lost my luggage and money but the night porter Renee who was amazing was helpful and understanding and helped. The next morning I needed assistance to sort things out and the lady manager at reception was very helpful and organised for Shu (Porter) to take me to the appropriate shops to sort things out which I did straight away and I was able to get money. The gentleman cleaner on the floor was always willing to assist and give water also, they help without asking for anything in return. The bad is that there are no facilities to heat your food up in room or even downstairs, I understand not everyone requires a microwave but if I want food heated downstairs then I should not feel like I am asking for a big thing like i felt I did so I never asked again. Also if I am there for 6 days then I should have my 12 bottles of water in my fridge as agreed not 2 a day because I missed one day and when I tried to get a bottle as I was leaving I was told no by the young girl at reception because I was checking out and I couldn’t be bothered to say I didn’t receive water on one of the days. Otherwise there are great places to eat within 500 metres down the road 24 hours a day and well priced with a 7/11, retailers, hairdressers and taxis all around. I will definately be coming back. Thanks to the team

I stayed in this hotel for the first time in March, but when I returned to PAttaya I stayed there again. After going traveling I came back to this hotel another two times and each time I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend it to everyone.

No one seems too understand English or helpful until you pull out your wallet,WiFiiii password gets changed almost on a daily baisis would not stay there!

I have been coming to A.A. Pattaya Ville for many years. This is the first time I am moving to another hotel. Management and ownership have lost customer care and employee confidence. Atmosphere among guests is too much for the price.

First of all this place is in the middle of nowhere, you got to take a taxi to go anywhere when i arrived at the hotel, they demanded a deposit of 1000 baht, the lady was very rude dont recommend people there

Quiet area
Lovely 2 year old hotel, friendly & attentive staff, good beds & bedding, good sized room. Small pool which has sun until midday. Restaurant serves only western breakfast; hope they will serve other meals as they grow - not enough guests to justify that yet. I got a fantastic discount when booking which understandably disappeared when I extended my stay, but still well worth the cost. You would never see this place as you wander around - just a block (down an almost-dirt road) off 3rd Road which seemed sort of creepy when I first arrived; it's a blessing in disguise.

Good thing about this hotel is their staffs. Very friendly and helpful. Regarding the rooms for the price, looks okay on pictures, but you can get better options on similar price range. Hotel location is also not quite good. Need to take long walk if frequently going out. Room was spacious enough, but facilities are not great. Expedia made a goofup, and didn't intimate the hotel about my arrival. But the friendly staffs provided me the room, and checked with expedia on their own. Later, somehow the issue was resolved. In conclusion, okay place to stay if you have limited options available.

Second stay here as it's very cheap for the quality of accommodation if you can handle not being in the centre of the action. The pool is a decent size rooms are basic and clean view from balcony is not nice so you don't really look out of the room. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife 15 mimute walk away.

Cheap room in new resort nightlife short walk
Clean new hotel with nice pool and good size rooms fifteen minutes walk to LK Metro and surrounding area. Found the area very quiet which is great for sleep shame the balcony overlooks what looks like a neighbourhood of shacks for workers. But for the price there's no complaints.

My husband stayed here while I was away on a business trip. I am a 5 star hotel girl whereas he doesn't care. For the price he paid for 7 nights I thought it would be worse lol I stayed 1 night with him before we left Pattaya. The room was clean & functional. The hotel staff were lovely & friendly For budget travellers this place is great!

Newer hotel, big rooms, great staff, but it's after 2 am and the boom boom thai music shaking the room is awfull. Not much sleeping here, in the morning out back the same with shanty town music.

Grand Opening
The hotel had its grand opening less than two months ago. Every thing was excellent including breakfast. Staff was friendly, and location was good. close enough to the busy side of Pattaya but far enough to get away. Recommend many of the local restaurants on the street. Especially the one with the blue tables.

Peaceful Quiet Hotel.
Having never visited this city before I was struck by the 24 hour energy of the place. Many of the Hotels are built on top of, or beside loud Bars and Nightclubs which do stay open until the last person leaves and I can only imagine that if you stayed in the centre of Pattaya you would not get any sleep whatsoever. By sheer luck The AA Pattaya Ville is located 2 short blocks away from these mad venues, well within walking distance or a short ride away on motor bike taxi. You are most definitely close enough, but far enough away for a good night sleep. A few points of note. 1. The Hotel has recently been refurbished and is under new management and have changed the name. When I visited, not many taxi drivers knew the location of the hotel, so make sure you know directions prior to arriving. It is just off of 3rd road along a dusty unlit track (by Western Standards) and there is only a small sign on the main road that can be easily missed. 2. The motor bike taxi's i talked about earlier are located just at the entrance of the hotel. the guys are available 24 hours a day and will always enquire if you want a taxi as you walk by them. they are very helpful and very cheap. from the hotel to the beach they charge 50 bhat or to walking Street charge 60 bhat.... about 1 pound sterling. 3. The staff are lovely. very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 02.00 hours as the flight was late to BKK but this was no issue and the night porter and receptionist were available for checkin

All i can say about this hotel is it is very beautiful , brand new . but in the wrong place . staff need training , we stayed there for 3 nights room had not been cleaned , tiolet paper not replaced , rubbish bins not emptied so i had to go and ask them to do this they did , then another 2 days went by same problem went and complained again they said they would do it straight away i saind not worry about it we are checking out . Behind the hotel the music was going every night and could not sleep . i spoke to others who had the same problem , i only think it worth mentioning the hotel is the hotel is new and thats it . Wont be staying there again

Ett rent och fint hotell med trevlig personal och en lagom stor pool, det enda negativa är att dom inte har någon frukostservering eller matservering.Hotellets läge är för den som söker lugn och ro, och inte är i behov att bo nära bargator.

Een wat verouderd hotel in een heel rustige omgeving. Spijtig dat als dingen stuk gaan niet of het duurt maanden hersteld worden. Wel een goede sfeer. Voor een goeie internetverbinding moet je hier niet zijn (spijtig) Er staat een limiet op en er kan er maar 1 on line
