I had two double beds and both were very hard beds. Felt like I was sleeping on a box spring and not a mattress. I could hear the people in the next room to me very clearly & had to put earbuds in to block out the noise. Over the swim up bar and pool were very nice. Room is spacious and lots of closet space.

Que du bon temps
Très bel hôtel à proximité des restaurants, boutiques et de la plage. Les personnel est attentionné surtout Hmwe et Faii au buffet le matin qui sont toujours souriante et aiment jouer des tours. Nourriture excellente. Bureau d excursion et location de mobylette a même l hôtel. On a prolongé notre séjour

This is not a 4.5 or 5 star hotel as they claim. 2.5 stars at most. It's pretty bad. The water pressure for the faucet was nonexistent, the power for my building went off like 3 times while I was there for various amounts of minutes each time. The hot water for my room didn't work for like half a day. They didn't clean my room every day and I had to call them manually. On the days they clean my room didn't they didn't bother putting new sheets (as the have states on the informational binder that is thier policy as the place card in the room) I had to walk down to the lobby hand my laundry (something you should not have to do in a 4 or 5 star hotel) and they didn't even have a laundry bag for you to use. They also used like the cheapest toliet paper they can buy, something you shouldn't see an a 4 or 5 star hotel. The full bed room I chose wasn't a real full bed it was 2 twin beds stuck together and did split apart as I like going into the middle of the bed like a normal person. This review is purely for my room, the rest of the other things were closed. Only thing else that was opened was the pool and breakfast and some lounge like rooms. Customer service is pretty bad too, except for the one guy who speaks fluent English. Overall if you are expecting a 4 or 5 star experience you won't get it. Don't bother considering this hotel. Take it out of your list, your memory and your being. It sucks don't go it's not worth your money go spend it somewhere better

I stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon. All I can I say is this hotel is EXCEPTIONAL. The service by staff was amazing who go above and beyond to cater to our needs. We stayed at the Honeymoon Pool Suite which was excellent. Taxis are expensive in Patong but this hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Patong beach and Jungceylon Shopping Center which saved us a lot of money. Overall this hotel was exceptional and would highly recommend.

We had a honeymoon suite with our own pool. This made our experience very pleasing. The pool was occupied by a private pool party two of the five afternoons/nights that we stayed therefore use of the resort pool was limited.

We chose the honeymoon suite with the private pool on our balcony, the room was ok, bed very hard though, and everything went damp with the air con on, pool was nice on our balcony but was a bit dirty, other than that it was nice. Breakfast in the hotel was awful and we paid 500thb per person for it.

Loved our stay, nice and close to everything in Patong. Security and housekeeping staff were especially friendly. Breakfast restaurant was definitely ok but seemed to struggle keeping things clean and stocked (especially when busy).

Average hotel for the price, we booked another and for some reason the receptionist didn’t confirm it so the next day we been told to check out as the hotel was full! Abusulutely disgusting in my opinion. Receptionist rude and isn’t helpful at all.

We stayed here for the full duration of our holiday. Staff were brilliant, very welcoming and helpful. As we were staying for a while we were given a lovely room overlooking the pool. It was my husbands birthday whilst we stayed and I asked if it was possible to have a cake arranged and they had it delivered straight to our room, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, bed was a little hard although did sleep well. Would definitely stay again.

Great attitude
It was very pleasant my stay from the check in Mr. BART make me feel very welcome with is fast service and pleasant attitude. The breakfast have a large selection and was delicious I order a room service and I was very happy with the food and service Pool and bar is amazing. Location is great, steps away from the hotel you find everything you need. For sure I will coming back again and I highly recommend.

Very clean and shops nearby
Some staff were fantastic and went all out to make sure we were happy but others not so much and were quite abrupt. This hotel was fantastic and super clean, some shops and a market close by and the beach was just down the road. The pool/spas are amazing. I would use again for sure.

Good location but terrible service
Front desk staffs were not friendly and quite rude. Room wasn’t clean. We booked the room one king bed with couch and when we checked in a front desk staff said the room wasn’t ready and she would like to upgrade our room from deluxe room to deluxe premium room but deluxe premium room has no couch and looks so dirty, bathroom’s door was very old!

Amazing Stay at this luxury hotel. We stayed here for 9 nights in Nov 17, 3 rooms, having got an unreal deal through Hotels.com. Right from check-in we had a great experience with Kwan who can speak excellent English and has a great sense of humour. The rooms were superb as was the service provided by house keeping. It has the malin plaza market right nearby. Food clothes etc. The crepe lady is defo worth a visit for the Banana & Nutella option. Its not far from Patong Beach maybe 10 minute walk. We rented motorbikes from Wan just round the corner from the hotel so it was no problem getting around.

Beautiful place - prices for certain services high
Great place with lovely pool and spa (though expensive compared to the massage spots on every corner in Phuket). There were a couple of large groups that were there at the same time, some of them loud. Check out procedure could be smoother and quicker. Buffet breakfast was also a bit expensive - suggest skipping it and going to many of the nearby local spots serving breakfast.

Nice place for families.
It's an amazing place to stay especially for family. The staff are friendly and helpful. Bar at the swimming pool serves some awesome drinks. All in all, it's a memorable stay.

Great new hotel. Market close by, great for cheap meals. Very clean and modern. Not a traditional Thai resort. Staff did not understand English very well. Breakfast is ordinary. Limited fresh fruit and not really fresh. Noisey room from adjoining doors and slamming doors. No pool staff on Sunday and Monday.

Very very bad service
It was very bad service was very poor staff was very rude location was okay but they don't ever think about the guest comfort you have to fight every day with them in order to provide you a service. I stayed 8 night in those hotel when I reached there was no child bed as per I request in my booking moreover there was no tooth brush no Taweel no bath robes no amenities and when we request for all those things they said according to the child bed we cannot provide it for you coz its unavailable!!!!! And if you want a bed we can offer you to upgrade you room for 50$ per night and about the amenities the manager promise me that I will get it next day and she apologize for that where no body look after it until my checkout other things we got in the third day imagine???? In the last four days our room cleaned on time only It was very bad experience and I won't recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! never :(

Terrible breakfast, found out half way through that the restaurant was divided in two (something to do with seperation of "people" to be diplomatic on my behalf). Gym lacked .. Well, just about everything. Gate security were rude.

Excellent Location to Patong
Booked and stay for 2 nights on honeymoon trip. The most attractive point is its location, night market within walking distance and easily can find nice massage place cross the street. Free shuttle bus available so that doesn't need to walk to Patong. But pick up time is inconsistent, so need to be at lobby 5mins before the shuttle bus service schedule. Swimming pool is slightly smaller, breakfast service need to improve with more variety and refill was slow. Staffs wasn't so well trained in serving and not well speaking in English language. Overall is good and can recommend to friends.

Ok value for money
New hotel with great location at the end of Patong beach. Walking by foot from Jungceylon mall will take you 20 min, a comfortable walk a long the beach. If you don't want to walk, the Hotel offers free shuttle bus every two hrs. Pool is great - especially for kids. Staff is friendly and service minded. Value for money is okay. However, breakfast variety is limited, pilows are hard, you shower in bathtub, bath towels for pool usage must be requested in lobby and information is scarce. Minor things that show the hotel is not yet established. We are satisfied with our stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was ok. The pool was very nice. The hotel was within walking distance of everything, beach shopping local and malls, restaurants everything. I have no complaints. It was a wonderful stay! Did I say the staff was amazing? After the first day they all knew my room number and my name.

Great Staff and Hotel
I recently stayed at the Fishermans Harbour. The staff here are fantastic and really go out of their way to make sure everything is right for you. I had a room on the top floor with a good view. The room was very spacious, clean and with its own balcony. The hotel is very new, clean and well presented. The pool is fantastic and there are spa pools and a main pool with a pool side bar.

New Hotel
The hotel is about a 2km walk from the bustle of Patong or a US$2.00 tuk tuk ride. It is nice and new. The staff are friendly and helpful. While I was waiting in the lobby for my taxi to the hotel on the way out, a staff member brought me a bottle of water without prompting or requesting this. It's small things like this that make the stay nicer than average. The hotel is not finished yet. At least half of the rooms in one or two wings still need to be completed. I was not bothered by construction noise at all. There is a club nearby that pounds music late into the night. I would request an interior room overlooking the pool in the future to reduce this noice. The walls are paperthin. This could be a problem. I noticed that most people did not spend much time in their rooms, so the disturbance was kept to a minimum at bed time and then again in the morning. There were very few guests at the hotel. I think it is not on the map yet. That will change with time. There is a big food court nearby if you want to live off the local economy. There's a 7/11 a few minutes from the hotel. Starbucks and McDonald's are 2 km away. I travel a lot: six continents last year and on the go once a month. I have stayed at budget hotels and five-star suites. I found Fisherman's Harbour to be a pleasant surprise and good value for money in Patong.

A brand new, partially completed hotel
Pros: 1. Close to the beach and the wonderful Malin plaza food market 2. The staff at the lobby were absolutely lovely 3. Large room and bathroom 4. Big pools and a swim up bar 5. Free shuttle to/from Junceylon shopping mall although times are very limited. Cons 1. Lack of facilities availalbe as the hotel is yet to be completed fully 2. Restaurant during the breakfast hour was an absolute chaos. Drinks and Food werent replenished in timely manner, staff at the omlette station seemed stressful, coffee cups had run out a number of times and and werent replenished even after. 20 minute wait 3. Quality of Breakfast buffet is below average for a 4.5 star hotel 4. The doors in our room were extremely stiff. When applied force to close the bathroom door, the handle fell out!! 5. Walls are paper thin.

Lovely stay
Amazing hotel. Still in soft opening but didn't affect us in any way. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great market next door with cheap fresh foods.

Nice stay!
The staff was very friendly, and the room was larger than standard rooms of other hotels. We could easily walk to the beach. Nice and convenient hotel!

Phuket Experience
We had a very action packed holiday with elephant rides, tiger hugging, zip lining, island touring, sea cave exploring, Mia Tia boxing and Simon Caberate, ATV ride to the Big Buddia, (girls cover up knees and shoulders for this one) Sunset tour. and finally a 4 hour spa My experience of Phuket was a great one and i woudl recommend everyone to visit, prices for everything was extremely cheap. Give it a try, youll love it

Overall the hotel was great and the staff were superb. The room was very spacious and quite luxurious. There is an evening market a block away with a great variety of tasty and cheap street food and the beach is only about a 10-15 minute walk. We stayed in two rooms in this hotel. The only complaint we have dealt with the air conditioning system and the wifi. In the first room we found the Internet signal to be adequate though not strong, not so for the second room unfortunately, there we found that at times it was unusable and I had to go down to the lobby to avoid frustration. The air conditioning we found to be difficult to control and the fan to be too strong, even on the lowest setting. Once the room temperature reached a comfortable level it just kept on pumping out cold air despite turning the temperature setting as high as 25 celcius. Overall though, a great property for the price we paid with top notch staff.

Extremely good service! Everthing's fantastic!
We have a long stay in Phuket and has 4days 3 nights stay in this resort. There are lots that me and my husband want to share, and therefore we will list our reasons of recommending by bullets point lol. 1) Location: The location is good as it's just 15-20 minutes walking to Bangla-road/ Jungselon. On the way to Bangla road, you could find a lot to eat and shop and discover many nice places so its never too far away! Besides, you can take the shuttle bus service provided by the hotel to the city and we gratefully have taken the shuttle and it is just 5-10 minutes to the shopping mall:) Thus, outside the hotel, there's a very good food night market with cheap seafood and you will never feel hungry if you live here! 2) Facilities: As the hotel is at their soft-opening, facilities are not all opened. But, we enjoy lots with their good jaccuzi and swimming pool. Clean and huge towels are offered by the staffs when you go swimming and it's really sweet. Everythings in the room goes very well too. 3) Staff and services: The reason we highly recommend is due to the really friendly staffs in the hotel that makes us having a feeling of backing home when we are back. They are always here to give a helping hands with sweet smiles whenever we approach them. The management of the hotel is really impressive. During our stay, there's a electricity problem encountered due to heavy rainstorms. Yet, the manager handle this really well and we totally understand the situation.
