People at the restaurant dont know how to serve food they will bring you main dish first then the appetizer lol ( explanations appetizer take longer to cook ) they refund me the appetizer but its not about money Staying is ok bu dont have dinner

Nice staff and property, in room dining options are great and staff really goes that extra mile to take care of you. its also not in an area where you get stuck in traffic so great location, highly recommend!

Hot water issue, shower sprinkler head spraying all over. Not a 5 star hotel based on what is available. Had to wait for 30 min for breakfast and not all items were ready.

URGENT IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED
1. There is no airport shuttle.Only a taxi service at twice the price is offered. 2. The hotel does not provide complementary ironing of 3 pieces of garments. Other properties offer complimentary 3 piece laundry. 3. The room has a sit down area with a wooden beading which is in deplorable condition. 4. Breakfast had no fresh juice. Only canned orange juice and flavored milk was available.

(2) This point also covered in term and condition( its chargeable). (3) we are working on this point and definitely within a day we change the entire fixture. (4) I'm sorry to say sir we are providing one fresh juice along with can juices and shakes ie water melon juice. Amazing hotel with amazing staff
This hotel was very Pleasant to stay in and the staff was also very hospitable. They were up-to-date with all the COVID regulations and proper sanitization was taken care of.

nice location and spacious property....gym needs to be also prioritized like the hotel room. You feel like the gym is a garage in the basement. The F&B manager and staff really need to be trained on how to handle guests. Also the hotel receptionist gentleman at the time of checkout needs to be trained on guests handling

Good stay but badly designed bathroom
Room was good size. The bathroom was the worst design. When you have a shower then the water drains from one corner of the room to the opposite end. So you are left with water across the whole floor

Most incompetent staff. Did not give me wake up call. Made a mistake in the restauarant bill and when I pointed it out, they said it can not be fixed. Busness center computer was not working and they charged 100 rs for using it even for a few minutes. I tried calling them to arrange a pick up and the tel. was busy for more than an hour.

Hotel staff was OK. Hotel is located in a very dirty street. Just over two miles from the airport, there is no hotel shuttle or pick up of passengers. Hotel car costs almost four times than the regular rate. They try to cheat on mileage charges that we had to fight. No free WIFI. Every time you come out of their entrance, you have to sign in again and again to get access to their internet. Towels in the room were old and torn; water from the shower comes out in the bathroom making it impossible to walk to the vanity without slipping on the floor.. TV does not work and there is only tea coffee supply for one person.

Excellent hotel near the airport
Extremely courteous staff but the best part is the food quality. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Rooms are very big and extremely neat and clean. Did face a bit of a problem with hot water in the bathroom but my overall experience surpasses all minor flaws.

Awesome experience. I am very impressed with the quality of service offered by this hotel. Though its very new hotel in Patna but that you won't feel it as its services are very matured and at par with other hotels in that area.

5-star hotel near the airport with great staff.
We originally planned to stay just overnight, and we had selected the hotel for its proximity to the airport (about 10 minutes away). We decided to stay for 3 nights and were delighted by the extraordinarily helpful staff, especially Ms. Khan, as well as by the friendliness and historical interest of Patna, which is one of the oldest cities in the world. There are few non-Indians in Patna, and the people are delightfully friendly and helpful to visitors. We particularly enjoyed the amazing Patna museum and the Khaud Bhaksh library. The hotel room was spacious, modern, and quite comfortable, with good wifi access. There is a rooftop swimming pool and a modern fitness center.

Poor food quality but good rooms
The quality of food was very poor, the buffet was cold and not much choice. Food is very expensive, not worth eating here. If you are foodie please avoid this place. Location is not very good, far away from the main city, but near to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely not a five star hotel, maybe 3 star.

Comfortable & Clean Hotel
The facilities like lifts etc should be well maintained. The hotel is well located, near the airport and should provide free pick & drop service. The rooms were very comfortable. Food was good but prices are steep even for a 5 * hotel in a city like Patna.

New hotel close to the airport
It's a new property and very close to the airport. The room provided and the overall hotel condition was good. Hotel staff is friendly and availability of local transportation is very easy. The breakfast provided was also very decent. But since this is a 5 star property and the rates are also 5 star, there are some very minor gaps: 1) In the bathroom, there is no handshower 2) The room key/ card is very precious because if you loose it then they don't have a spare key. They only have a couple of master keys (with Manager and with cleaning person) and the new key/ card is chargeable. 3) Most of the people in the hotel cannot speak english fluently. Caution for foreigners. 4) I was charged for the airport transfers whereas in the page listing it is mentioned Free transfers. Only when I called the support desk of hotels.com did they waive the one way charge. Other way charge will now be refunded by hotels.com (as promissed by them) 5) The hotel location is noisy and thus if you the traffic noise disturbs you, take a room on the higher floor and away from the road.
