Check in staff.comfy room and bed.clean .what i didn't like was the icy parking lot.due to water overflowing from the nearby creek onto lot,it froze thru the night,when i arrived at 2am and stepped out of vehicle i almost went down.moved my car to other spot.orher than that everything else was great

The property was very clean. It was modern. The beds were soft. I love the amenities that were in the room for a short stay. It was perfect for what I needed. I had a very well arrested night and I enjoyed my complementary breakfast and the staff was extremely nice, helpful and attentive, and taking care of me and my spouse, I would definitely stay there again and I do highly recommend this hotel for either a short stay or long stay depending when you're eat.

Room was comfortable. Bathroom was adequate with excellent water pressure. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was fine and bagel was great. Eggs not the best. But there were many options. Parking area seemed safe. And I appreciate no hidden fees. Too many hotels are charging for parking.

Check in was fine however we were not told that our rooms would not be cleaned. When we asked for additional towels and wash cloths over the phone the employee was very dismissive and told us to find housekeeping and ask for the items. This is ridiculous especially because she did not speak good English.

First time staying at the Fairfield brand
The check-in was quick and easy. The amount of the hold stayed $50 on the credit card yerminal but the hold was actually $70. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. I asked for more towels and washcloths and was told to just find housekeeping on my floor and ask for them. The woman did not speak English and was trying to tell me I should go to the front desk. This was very annoying and fresh towels should be automatically brought to the room each day especially since you're too sorry to clean the room daily. The beds were comfortable at least.

It's and outdated property, can't hide it, which is OK, some areas has new floors and furniture, some others like elevator are old, over painted and ugly/over used rug foor. Really need a renovation. The only thing I did not like was some unscroupuluos guess smoking weed in a room. Our room got the smell too, terrible. The curtain shower in our room smelled bad, a sign of not changing it for a while To end, would I come back? Probably not. This property did not get more than 4 stars because it's not there yet. The cleaning people did not look like professional staff, more like insiders trying to help. We have stayed at different Fairfield and it has been very good.
