I was surprised at the community and individuals who were there in the hospital but I was treated well by the safe members and I liked the smoking and no smoking room option. But people were smoking other thing in the room like blues and stuff.I haven't got my deposit back but I generally enjoy my stay.

I was unable to shower properly. I had to use the ice bucket to get the water from the bottom pipe since it did not have the knob to transfer the water to the top. People slamming doors in the morning really sucked but I understand for the price that was paid.

Alot of amenities in my room didn't work microwave and couldn't get the TV to work staff tried to resolve issue but was unsuccessful. Noisy neighbors complained yo certain staff but no action was taken.

Staff also acknowledged that your neighbors were loud and you were asked if you wanted to move or if you wanted us to talk to them and you declined both. We do apologize for falling short during your stay!

Staff very pleasant. Facility clean but ice machine not working nor was the refrigerator in our room. Staff put our cold food in the staff refrigerator until check out.

They don't have a fridge in the room, TV didn't work, ice machine broken, no phone to call the front desk. Room was freezing when we checked in.

Our TVs do tend to have some issues, but everyone on the staff has been trained to fix any TV issues when they are reported to the desk. Overall we apologize for falling short during your stay and hope you give us an opportunity to fix it the next time your travels bring you to Parker.

They do not have refrigerators or microwaves in room. Their one ice machine was broken. Shower drain was slow, ended a shower standing in a puddle.

Worst hotel in Denver.
Place was disgust and dirty. There was human hair all over the couch, the internet was out most of the night, the microwave didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush and there were boogers all over all the walls. The walls and furniture were absolutely disgusting.

The room I had was kind of cute and clean. I spent a week in this area and wish I would have stayed at the Super 8 and saved a huge amount of money. However, the facility as a whole needs some serious updating. The breakfast that was offered was pretty slim. The peanut butter was old and hard. Otherwise a great place to stay and save some money.

Absolutely horrible. No breakfast at all even though stated to be included. Wifi was non existent once we entered the room. The room was old and hallway smelled disgusting. The front desk staff were not helpful

We are sorry that you missed out on breakfast, but we do offer breakfast daily from 6am-9am with a variety of options: bagels, waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, etc. We will be undergoing a renovation in the near future and hope you will give us another try once it is complete!

Nice clean room at a great price
Nice clean facility with friendly helpful staff. We booked a non smoking room and upon inspection noticed that a previous guest had covered the smoke detector with a plastic bag. Not cool.

First room we were given was messy from the previous guest. Changed to a different room without issue. In the new room, a sizable tear in the carpet in the middle of the room. And, WiFi did not work our 4 days there on the top floor where we stayed.

Check in process was exceptional. Easy and accommodating. The hall carpet can use a replacement. The surrounding area can use cleaning up after. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Breakfast can be better. Eggs and bacon, yogurts, better assorted bakery.

Desk clerk was kind and helpful. We stayed for three days/nights. We connected with the Wi-Fi; however, there was no Internet access for two days. We were given a room on the third floor; however, the elevator broke shortly after we arrived, and was out of operation for the remainder of our stay. The room had no closet, only an armoire that had an iron and ironing board but no hangers. The carpeting throughout the hallway and bedroom was apparently not stretched properly, giving a shabby appearance and feel. The television in the room only worked partially. We were not looking for luxury accommodations, as the price was substantially below other motels, but amenities were substandard. Fortunately, we spent most of our time with family, who live nearby. We did not sample the breakfast fare.

The hotel itself is old but well maintained. Because the building is old may be the reason for the shortage of outlets. Other than that we are satisfied with our stay.
