"The proper tea was beautiful with magnificent views. The room and amenities were well aligned with the nightly price. The problem with the property is the layout is crazy. You have to go upstairs, down the hall, down an elevator to get where you need to go. It was so confusing. And the fact that you had to buy the supplies to make s’mores with ridiculous. Many hotels do s’mores at night now and I’ve never had to pay anywhere that I’ve stayed. That was disappointing. And everything closes by 10 PM which is much too early for a family resort. We had a wonderful stay, but there are definitely some areas that need improvement."
"Stop, don’t do it. Surprise $100 fees for pets when they have stated on the description “pets ok”….
Folks this property is beat down walls scuffed, everything is 15 years old at least. Kitchen is useless with no stovetop or oven, only a microwave and no dish soap provided. You got me once, never again."
"Awesome clean place with a cool gym, commons area with games and arcades was cool! There are no food options nearby so be prepared to cook or plan ahead. The unit has toiletries, but bring your own items as needed.
Great for families and kids. Very safe and secure. Great value."
"This was a great place to stay. Close to Main Street close to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. This is the second time we stayed. The only thing I would like to change is more garage parking If it’s a two bedroom unit more than likely there are two couples and they only give you one parking stall."
Hotel Thaynes, Park City, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel has a high end feel. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the restaurant/bar where we ate dinner each night. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My husband did not get the "vest" memo, but we still felt at home. We will definitely stay again."
"The room was much larger than I expected, with a full kitchen, dining area, fireplace and outside deck. The whole property was lovely and upscale cozy. I highly recommend!"
