This condo building itself (room 127 in the basement) was in a great location. Feel like the check in process (at another, remote location, 1 mile away) is not handy for those arriving and getting dropped off via Uber, for example). It is listed in the bottom of the reservation, but what a pain if you're not reading very carefully through and used to standard hotels.com stays.
The room. The room is a basement level room that smelled like urine immediately upon walking in. The reclining chair in the living room area had its back falling off (see photo), so that's what you see immediately walking in. Bedroom doorway is no more than 24" wide (not ADA compliant at all) and the space between the end of the bed and dresser at foot of the bed was 18" wide. Urine smell got worse as you entered the bathroom, whose tub was visibly dirty. The hallway mirror also had something smeared on it, so it clearly wasn't cleaned. Carpet was just old and musty and the entire place is just in dire need of a makeover and hasn't been remodeled or upgraded since the bldg. was built.
Fortunately, we did not stay in the room long, only were there to sleep, but this is certainly not a good place for an overnight stay or for its cost and am very disappointed that the room made you feel instantly dirty when you walked in. We used the fridge, which was clean and left as soon as we could.
