"Resort is excellent. All Staff is helpful and courteous. Location and ambience of property itself is amazing. Surrounding nature is beautiful. Mr. Kapil during check-in is friendly. Check-in and check-out process is smooth. Lakhan Pandit ji for face reading and palmistry is accurate. This property is a perfect match for family stay including children and highly recommended. "

"People not well training to receive international travelers. ( very hard to english comunication) Room is terrible condition: Bad shower Bad bed Also, I need to do a early check out, and they do not know how to do it. The reservation was for 4 nights, I could not stay more than one night due to hotel condition. A "

"Stayed for a short vaccation in Mar-24 and it was an amazingly refreshing trip. Rooms were large but could have been better maintaned and clean. Some patches in bath and balcony needed fixes and paints. Breakfast spread was appropriate to say. Local food options in the hotel and closeby were limited. Alcohol is prohibited in hotel, probably due to religious reasons. But overall it was a pleasant stay. Step out of the hotel and land on a clean beach. Few water sport options in Karde Beach. Good option if your trip was intended only for relaxation. "

"Overall experience was ok however, on being asked a bottle of water, they denied mentioning that since you have checked out so it will be chargeable (Not that we cannot buy a bottle of water as tourists...lol) and this was a complete take away. Kept calling for check out even when the property was entirely vacant, looked very impatient. Food was good and the staff was somewhat helpful. They just need to be more caring towards customers. Strictly need to focus on cleanliness!! "
