It was just a wonderful experience, staffs were very helpful and the room is definitely 10/10. In addition, the property is extremely clean and beautiful.
I picked this property because it was advertised as a wellness resort.The property is beautiful but that’s it. I arrived at the check in desk around 4:30pm and there was only one person there to service about 12 people. So it took me about 45 mins to be serviced.The pool was very very loud and over crowded. I later learned people not staying at the hotel came to use the pool. I was given a room by the said pool and it was not peaceful at all. The room smelled bad. I was greeted by several mosquitos and I attempted to use to microwave but it sounded like it would explode. All in all don’t stay here is you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The property is amazing - so beautiful. I’ve stayed there multiple times. Only issue - they are not following the mask mandates. If someone is concerned about Covid, be careful.

Beautiful poolside and accommodating staff. Card machine was not working so all payment had to be in cash which was unexpected! Would have been good if they had informed guests prior to arrival. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Almost all staff did not have masks on which was a bit contradictory to the large sign at the entrance which mandated their use. Overall pleasant stay apart from the minor inconveniences above.

Very comfortable stay. Pool and patio are great outdoor spaces. Lunch/dinner menu is very limited, quality was moderate to good, but very over-priced for what you get compared to better restaurants nearby.

I liked the staff at breakfast. They were friendly and really going to extra mile.
Did not like that I had to wait longer than 30 min when I asked for clean towels.

The pool is great. The room smelled terrible. The showerhead and cabin were not working well. No to little hot water from the shower. The dinner food was awefull (surf & turf). Breakfast (plate service) very bad. Will not stay again at this resort, only the pool.

Horrible customer service
Checked in earlier was told to wait till 4. Decided to take a stroll requested an earlier check in no efforts made to try to accomodate request. Stayed 1 night was scheduled to leave the hotel at 5am. Went to take a shower at 10pm evening noticed they provided no towels called many times to front desk no answer decided to talk get help no one was there . was told by the security guards no one is in office or building . no help to call

Check in didn't go smooth. I paid expedia in advance for my stay and the front desk lady still presented me a bill to pay while checking in. I enjoyed the room, pool and breakfast. Check out went smooth. I would stay here again.

Love this hotel. Clean, good food, well maintained. Only cons are location (15 minutes from everything), and daily passes available ... so pool area full of loud rambunctious children, and very load music in evenings from place next door. Given the cons, I'd definitely stay here again.

Not a spa/wellness hotel as described.
Disappointed from the moment I walked in. No concierge to help with luggage and I had one heavy luggage I needed help with. So many things wrong with room. My phone was not working. Although was later fixed. The wardrobe in the room is just too small for two people so we left our stuff in our suitcases for the 10 day duration. Shower door would not shut properly so having a shower was a chore. I complained but gave up as I felt I had a lot to complain about. Room had a bad/stale smell. Also, the room is always left open whilst being cleaned so we always had mosquitoes to deal with.
No sauna, steam room or jacuzzi in a wellness hotel. I guess I should have checked the available amenities properly before booking.
Breakfast was disappointing. Food on the hot plate always cold and not a good variety. I must say though that staff at breakfast were very good and friendly.
The pool area is fab with the waterfalls and we had fun playing in the pool. A bit disappointed that there was a day I sat by the pool area and not one waiter/host came to ask me if I wanted a drink. Surely this should be a no brainier.
