We where very disappointed with the service provided to us. When we got to Cyprus they checked as into in a room. However, two days later we were accused by the manager of been in the wrong room. She told us that the room is allocated to someone else and therefore we need to move asap … however, if we want to pay an extra €500 she was happy for us to stay there. My husband explained that I am disable and therefore we will need someone to support with our move .. unfortunately, that was declined. My husband had to move all our things to some distance from the room we were in. This was very difficult for him In the heat of the sun and with his medical condition. Also there was issues between management and restaurant owner. In light of that the restaurant was closed. So we were unable to have a drink when using the pool. We feel that it was very expensive for the service we received. We were very disappointed by the manager bad attitude. She was aggressive , unreasonable, unkind , and over all could not care about clients care . We were made aware that Aphrodites club is due to close due to a contract deal with a local business. Nevertheless, that does not exuded their behaviour towards their paying customers. Overall, we feel very disappointed about our accommodation, staff support , crack tiles in the room, very noisy air condition and not been able to have a drink whilst using the pool.

Maria the receptionist was pleasant, helpful and efficient. The apartment was a little dated but had a large bathroom, large bedroom and lounge. It was very clean and provided a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Very peaceful location, even though it’s near the highway. Spotlessly clean 1 bed flat. All staff friendly and helpful. Food on the Chinese menu night is very tasty. Swimming pool is rather murky,

arrived after dark got harassed by a drunk. power points in the room the majority didn't work, the room was boiling and even by the next morning after being on all night only cooled slightly! this is not helped by the fact the air con switches off when you leave the apartment(needs metal key fob to work) so its impossible to get the room to cool to a comfortable standard the internet is poor the majority of the time it isn't even strong enough to read emails through! The laminate flooring has become uneven we have stayed here many times over the years and its now at the point it needs refurbishing! and appliances replacing and the internet upgrading!

Apt was spacious, cleaner was very good. Bar was open but quiet while we were there and the restaurant wasn't open which was disappointing as the nearest places to eat are a few minutes drive away and rather 'samey'.

The complex and area were tired and in some areas below standards of cleanliness. The staff although friendly and helpful appeared to be demoralised. Wouldn't go back again.

Apartment Was only a few miles from the beach
The apartment we stayed in is located in a lovely quiet village with many taverns and restaurants close by, Also excellent supermarkets. We enjoyed a fantastic holiday and cannot fault the Staff in the hotel.

Good rooms.
Apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a very good kitchen and balcony area in particular. Fridge/freezer a bit small for the size of kitchen but adequate. Service and food in the restaurant was generally good. However the pool, while quite a good size, did get very busy and wasn't an easy place to relax in or around. Complex is a bit out of the way and while there is a bus stop outside, you really do need a car if you want to get out and about in your own time.

Enjoyed a relaxing holiday away from the crowds. Require a car to get around if you want to explore the island further. Limited bus service. Good WiFi. Clean. Would go again.

It's ok when you stay in the main hotel ,
We had a bad experience when we arrived and no one was available to complain to. We was given a room in the Dalia house , which was musty and stank of stale tabbacco , even the mattress and sheets was stinking!! We found out a man who smoked stayed in it through the winter months! Awful. We could not stay any longer as it made us physically sick. We left at 3am in the morning and managed to get a room in the Episkiana Hotel . The next day we was given another room in Aphrodite after the lady at reception agreed the room should not of been let.. we have since put a complaint in and are still waiting a reply and our £45 back we paid for another hotel on the first night!!

All was ok
In general all ok the hotel located in a small village there are few nice restaurant's and all the basic you can buy in the village To the nearest beach need a 15 minutes drive . The rooms are equipped with all you need including kitchen. The hotel built on the 90s but in a good condition

Clean, large room - great hotel!
Really can't fault the hotel, the pool was beautiful and cleaned regularly, the room was large and v clean, staff friendly. The location is quite out in the sticks but so quiet and peaceful. You'd need a hire car.

Excellent Hotel with a pleasing view
This is a great hotel with all the comforts you need - we used it to visit some relatives and we were not disappointed The room was kept very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a good restaurant and a pool which we could see from our veranda.
