"The first day the front desk attendant charged me $45 he said I did not have a reservation. I had to talk to someone else and I though I got my money back, it was a bad first impression. AC was not working properly, the small fridge was not working right and it tool a couple of days to get it replaced. "This is a cute boutique hotel and very short walk away from multiplaza mall. There are corner stores, coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance - 5 minutes or so. There isn’t much action at the hotel but it’s a plus if you prefer to be more low-key. The breakfast was amazing! The rice and chicken options were my favourite! I had it every day. The staff are so pleasant and helpful - special mention to Eileen and Carlos. If you prefer an affordable, clean, low-key and accessible hotel then this is a great option!"
