It was the worst hotel stay & experience I have had in Middle East & Asia.I was amazed that Hotel.com / Expedia works with such hotels.
Plz note the night we checked in we were not given the rooms we booked ( Junior Suite) But were asked by the Hotel management to stay in 2 standard rooms till the next day afternoon, Since they had taken in extra bookings as we reached the hotel only by 11pm on 23rd Jan 2019 following to late arrival of our flight from Mumbai . And on 31st Dec 2019 we were forced to pay & attend the gala new year dinner organized by the hotel, even though we mentioned that there was a death in our family & we wished to be in mourning. We still haven't been able to get over the trauma & even there service is very poor & one has to keep reminding them for request made repeatedly Eg with their Housekeeping & room service. Our room was also over billed for the gala dinner for people who we didnt know. I wouldn't ever want to stay in such hotels & recommend you do not host such hotels on your website
