"They were friendly and helpful, they love dogs and let you bring your pet. They offer tips and advice for nearby excursions. Rooms were basic and clean. Typical for Turkish hotels like this, they didn’t have a closed in shower area/curtain and the shower was right next to the toilet, so the bathroom floor and toilet got wet with every shower. "The Venus is just perfect for a visit to Pamukkale-Hierapolis. They offer a free shuttle service up to the start, and once the day is over, there is a short 10 minute walk to the hotel from the exit of the pools. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The family room we used was absolutely perfect - modern, clean, well furnished. And the breakfast buffet is truly the best we have had after 3 weeks in Turkey."
