The staff are very friendly and attentive the only down side for us was the loud music from the bar until quite late 11.30 - 11.45. Too much bass, a different music would be better. Our idea was to enjoy some rest and beach time at the sea, so we paid extra for partial sea view bungalows (they didn't have full sea view bungalows). There is nothing premium about the bungalows and paying extra for partial sea view meant looking out directly at the restaurant (the bungalows are right behind the restaurant). This time we actually booked Cuba Premium Bungalows but due to pandemic setback and Coastal Regulations that was closed. Hotels. "The room was 200 metres from the beach wallking along unlit, rubbush strewn alleyways. I refused to check in as the accomodation is NOT as described. The hotel said they understood and would not charge me for the booking. However they charged my card in full after i left. Dishonest."
