The property is all tore up the room we had was dirty all the towels and wash cloths had hair on them one of the pillows were nasty, surprisingly there were no bed bugs, looks like they never actually clean under the beds and not to mention we had a couple of parole officers knock on our door looking for someone😡 Also for a nonsmoking room it smelled like nasty stinking cigarettes. Definitely will never return

The floors were not vacuumed, there was a cigarette butt in the sink and no drain plug. It smelled bad. The sheets had blood spots on them. The staff was rude when confronted with these facts and made no effort to offer another room, or address my concerns. not even an apology was offered. I wouldn't stay in this place EVER!! It is a dump. i wish I could rate it less than a zero.

Worst hotel ever
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Beds like sleeping on bricks. Front desk would argue any request, including asking a blanket for the bed that didnt have one. If your choice is sleep in your car and a chance to freeze to death, or stay at the Dutch Motel, choose your car! Felt like I needed some antibiotics after staying there. But honestly, as awful as the rooms and beds are, the customer service there tops that in awfulness by a mile!

Got charged by Expedia for the room the again by the establishment so ended up paying twice for the room and never manage to get anything back from the establishment or Expedias app, if wasn't for the fact it was a family vacation planned almost a year in advance we would have just left on the spot and cut our loses there but you live and you learn will not be making the same mistake again in the future.

I booked a room back in February. $80 for 2 people, one night. Our stay was booked for May (there was a concert in town). We arrived on site and saw that the people in front of us were already arguing with the lady at the desk. When it was our turn, she tried telling me my room was now $250 for the night if I wanted it. Told this story about how “management has changed since I booked my room” and “her rate is $250 or no room.” Was very rude about it, too. She tried telling me it was a good deal by showing me all the surrounding hotels whose prices were $400 and up and saying “it’s a busy day.” The whole reason I booked this place was because it was cheap. After arguing for a while with her she offered me a room that was smaller than the one I originally booked and said she would give it to us for $129. We checked it out, there was no room to even walk and it REAKED of cigarette smoke. We ended up leaving and not having any place to stay. Totally screwed us over, do not stay here!!!

Facilities were not taken care of. Maintenance needed. Clean enough to sleep. Shower needs to be fixed and mouse poop in the bathroom overnight. Service ok but not welcoming.

Beds were like sleeping on plywood. Check in and breakfast area stunk of body odor and the women who checked me in was too busy on a personal call to deal with me. Carpets in the room made our feet black. Also the AC had a motion sensor so it kept getting hot in the room. Stay far away from this place!!!

Motel was convenient for my Hersheypark trip, only 10 minutes away and easy to find. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get. The rooms could use an update but provided necessities. Most of the room was clean enough but could probably use a good deep clean. Mattress wasn't particularly comfortable and one of the beds was missing a cover sheet. Towels were clean and fluffy but the shower really needs a mat or something on the bottom, it was very slippery. Staff was friendly and fast. Overall it's a decent place if you're going to Hershey for more than a day and don't want to spend much.

Unfriendly staff, worst shower ever, over priced, as far as continental breakfast, all there was was banana 2 sugar filled cereals, gross coffee and crackers. Will never stay at this Motel again. What little furniture that was in the room was gross. No dresser for clothing.Tried to tell us our reservations were For 2 nights when it was 3 nights, they had their dates wrong. Just a waste of money and time. Will never stay at this Motel again.

Room was fairly clean. Bathroom was awful. Shower faucet was loose, shower curtain was moldy, bath towels were stained, door didn't close, and toilet seat was ready to come off. No hair dryer. Free breakfast is false advertising. Consisted of a banana and crackers. Never again!!

The stay was so disappointing. The room was old and outdated. The sheets and pillow cases were stained - Gross!!! It was non smoking but it was not followed. I had to stay and I went to the store and bought my own blankets.. I am so disappointed.. this to me was a room by the hour kind of place…

The owner was great. I had a problem with a staff member and she quickly fixed the problem. She went beyond on what I was expecting on the outcome too. I booked two rooms & both rooms were very clean and roomy for what we needed. Great location as it is close to gas stations, convenience stores and restaurants. The location is very close to Hershey Park too.

The beds are hard as cement, the pillows were the size of throw pillows and the bathroom was ridiculously small. The soda machine didn't work, they also rent efficiencies and there were people yelling and swearing in the middle of the night.

This is an amazing place for their reasonable prices!! Within 10 minutes from Hersheypark, it has free parking and provides free coffee, OJ, cereal, muffins, and bananas for breakfast! There is also a Wendy's, CVS, and Rita's water ice, 2 blocks away, a quick walk! Totally recommend that you check out this place!

It’s an edge of town motel, you shouldn’t expect a 5 star hotel coming here. I saw all these bad reviews and wondered “what the heck is so bad about that place?” The price was decent so I decided, heck I’d check it out. I don’t need a place to be perfect, just somewhere to stay. Anyways, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and courteous and I could tell this was a family business so I’m happy to be here to support them. It’s not fair to give bad reviews to places that are just trying to make a living. I had absolutely no issues here, and even if I did, it would have to be HORRENDOUS for me to want to leave a bad review.

Black hairs a few places,like bathroom, didn't change the sheets from one night to the next, bath towels where small as heck and the next night the one towel was different and had dark stain marks all over it.. they charge 1$ for extra towel. Room turn over kept knocking at 8am till 9am. And we wanted to sleep in a bit..

Convenient to Hershey Park
The motel room was very clean though very outdated. Bathroom had been renovated (was very nice) and plenty of hot water. Though a flat screen tv, the picture was grainy. For the cost of the room it was worth it. We booked as we were running the Hershey half-marathon the next day. It was nice and quiet and we got a good night's rest. Complimentary breakfast was not available until 7a.m. so were not able to participate in that. We asked for a late checkout but they wanted to charge $ 25 for an additional hour so we checked out at 6:30 a.m. when we left. It was good value for what we paid and for our needs (i.e. access to Hershey Park).

Just ok. Good location.
The hotel is within 15 minutes to the Hershey museum and Chocolate world. The only issue I had was the TV didn't work. I was only there for a short stay so it was not worth complaining about. The room looked rundown but it was comfortable.
