The property grounds were beautiful and well kept and we enjoyed the activities on site like yoga. However, the room when we checked it was quite dirty. There was literally a pile of dirt on one of the chairs and the towels had stains on them. In addition our safe was broken and they would not fix it when we weren’t in the room so we spent overall a couple of hours waiting in the room doing nothing in order to have that fixed. The location was great and allowed us to explore lots of palm desert and Palm Springs.

The property is a beautiful setting but does not believe in having in-person conversations, relying on Ai machines. They would not allow us to have 1 more hour (from 10 to 11am). There is no daily service included with the room rate.
