I expected to cleaner Facility my dogs were in the room while cleaning people came in and set the AC at 70° and they came in and changed it to 85°. I was so upset. I left the same day.

My hotel stay was great. Staff was friendly and approachable. I don’t remember her name but the bartender at the pool makes an amazing mango margarita that just pairs perfectly with the hot weather. Hotel is very centrally located. Bars are literally around the corner.

The staff was extremely helpful and outgoing. The gym facilities were clean and had a decent variety of machines. The room was clean, but just basic. "Luxury bedding" was a sheet covered duvet and two small pillows per person. Small fridge but no microwave.

The staff was super! The noise from the Happy Face Bar attached to the hotel was horrible! The music started at 10:00 pm until 1:30 am! Four hours of sleep per night ruined our vacation!! Don’t think I would ever stay there again!!!

The location is excellent, the property condition is pretty good, and the staff is friendly. The thing that surprised us was the pool noise. The hotel allows people who are not guests of the hotel to use the pool via pool parties with LOUD music. This lasted the entire afternoon, and the only way to escape the noise was to leave the hotel. The gym was also not great. There was no AC and the television did not work. There was only one spin bike and one treadmill.

I booked this hotel because I wanted two joining rooms and called ahead 2 weeks prior to confirm the joining rooms and they said all was good to go. When we arrived we had Layne checking us in (not friendly from the get go) and he told us that they had zero joining rooms available which could not be true, the hotel was empty, no one at the pool, or waiting or anywhere the entire time. I would not stay here again because they refused to accommodate a simple request.

A great choice for a stay in Palm Springs. Right next to Palm Canyon Drive and the rest of downtown and only 5 minutes from airport. The rooms are very large, clean and well-maintained. Definitely would stay here again next time we’re in Palm Springs.

The pool was not clean during the day. It would be in the morning, but the filtration system wasn't consistently working, to keep guck, debris, etc., out of the pool. It was a bit disgusting, especially since it is only 3.5' deep. The staff though were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Especially the cleaning room staff, as you don't get room cleaning unless it is requested, and the staff was very kind when approached about switching out towels, etc. Lastly, the techno music at the two pool parties was extremely loud and could had been mixed up with some other tunes in between all the techno/bumping to accommodate a few different tastes.

It had a great location but the housekeeper staff left us short of toilet paper and kleenex.Also housekeeping wasn't done until late in the day. Couldn't find any vending machines to but water,etc..

The staff was great, but unfortunately I had to rate based on my overall experience. I feel like the bare minimum a hotel owes you, is a quiet night in your room. I paid for a “city view”, but what I got was the parking lot view. I was woken up at 3:00am, 5:00am and 8:00am by delivery truck reverse alarms beeping, high winding low gear diesel RPMs backing up 200 feet to the loading dock or whatever they were delivering to. Then the trucks would sit right under my room with the engine idling while the driver wrapped up paperwork or whatever. So between 3-8am I was unable to get any sleep. I ride a motorcycle, so had to make my 250 mile ride home with 4 hours of rest. Not a great scenario. Will not come back.

Staff was friendly from the moment we arrived. And check in. Our baggage was brought up to our room promptly. We enjoyed the cucumber water down stairs by the bar. The pool area was very nice and clean and quiet. Our room was clean and everything was up to date. We enjoyed the balcony view. Followed by morning brunch at their kitchen. Food was good. Everything was in walkable distance. We did not need our car. We just enjoyed Palm Springs down town area. It was very nice. We ate at a restaurant every night. And bought art to bring back home. We would definitely come back to Zoso Hotel for another stay. We miss it already.

Definitely a party hotel right downtown. Some of the fixtures in the hotel were barely holding on, like the shower nozzle and TP holder. Not worth the expensive price.
