The property is older and needs a lot of updates. The sliding glass door was broken and didn't lock correctly. The washer worked but the dryer did not. The staff were kind and attentive. The cleaning staff were very thorough and attentive. With some updates this could go from a less than average accommodation to a good quality stay.

The pool area although nice, plenty of towels, chairs and shade, the pool itself needs new tiling. The facility is dated carpets in hallways are filthy and torn. My sheets ( I took pictures ) dingy and with holes. The toilet is super low ( feel sorry for tall people. Overall it was in a great location, But they shouldn’t advertise restaurant on premises when it’s closed down. The place is dated and old. It needs a revamp

The shower was terrible in my room. Smell also from shower water. Overhead light did not work at the room entrance. Need to clean the heat/cooling unit filter to eliminate odor.

The staff were nice and seemed to care but the room was outdated. Plusses included the wonderful pool and plentiful hot water. However not worth the price we paid.

The pool and courtyard around was nice. Water pressure in shower was bad, the light in the bathroom was flickering and the fan was super noisy. Room was dusty and outdated as far as furniture and decor,the coffee that goes with the coffee maker was the wrong one for it. Nowhere to put your soap or washer rag or shampoo in the shower. I’m not one to complain but I was hugely disappointed but made the best of it. The only good thing is the location.

Rooms looked nothing like what they showed. Old and outdated. Then to top it off the water in the showers goes from super hot to ice cold and then back to super hot to go ice cold again. Will not be stay here again.

Upon arrival, I had to wait 45 minutes to see a desk receptionist to check in. One top of this, my shower water ran brown, causing me to shower at a nearby planet fitness.

The room was dated. Was supposed to have a garden view but the view was to a wall. Felt like a jail cell. Lots of noise because it was next to staff storage facilities.

This place is a good clean place to stay. Large rooms. Great pool! Everytime we took showers though the steam from the shower would set off the smoke alarm. That was a bit annoying eventually after 10-15mins of beeping it stopped.

Older style hotel. A bit dated and in need of some upgrades but it has a big beautiful pool that makes up for any deficiencies. Easy walk into downtown Palm Springs. We will be back

It's a cool old property but the rooms need to be updated. New carpeting is badly needed. The price was reasonable. Terrible lobby - it could easily be made more presentable by removing the childlike decorations, add some plants, not have 7/11 type refrigerated beverages in view, for example.

The door keys didn't work. They put us in the older back units, first on the 2nd floor. key didn't work. Went to the office. got a new key, but for a unit on the 1st floor elsewhere. So had to carry luggage down the stairs. Key didn't work. Called the office and after a wait someone came to help. After many attempts, the key worked. The said the door locks are very old and very sensitive and didn't seem to care about the problem. Taking to take 5-10 attempts to get a door open is inexcusable.

We enjoyed ourselves a lot at this hotel! The room is tired-looking, but the pool area is beautiful and clean. Considering what we paid, I thought the hotel room was fair and we were happy. The only negative is that noise travels through the hotel's walls easily. On the first night, we could hear the family next to us reasonably clearly. But the two nights after that we didn't hear any noise. The staff were helpful, I particularly appreciated Randy. The pool is fantastic, it's large and clean and has lots of space around it to relax and lounge around. The hotel was a 5-minute walk to Hey Day restaurant which did amazing burgers and was a lot of fun.
