This is my 4th time staying here. The staff is amazing and the hotel is clean. Breakfast is perfect with so many stores and restaurants in the area. Only negative was all the broken pool chairs, made it hard to enjoy the pool and sunshine

Very modern , clean hotel. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Very spacious. Great washroom & shower. Big negative, you can hear everything in your room from the hallway, as well, neighbours drawing their blinds.

I chose Hyatt Place for its consistent quality and cleanliness. Was disappointed the gym was very dirty. Areas needing attention: floor hasn’t been cleaned for days. Dirty towels in the bin at 9:30 am. Dirty cups on the floor. Weight rack was dirty and very dusty. Machines have not been wiped down.

Visibly dirty, had to change rooms due to sink being backed up😔 Extremely dissapointed in this Hyatt location for when I see the name Hyatt I think of high quality, clean and refreshing. I will not waste my hard earned money here again.😔

The staff was very nice. The young lady at check in was very bubbly and polite although we were checking in pretty late. Also, I had a couple issues with my key card after visiting the gym and the gentleman in the front was very nice and helpful. He even came up to ensure I was able to get into my room so that I didn't have to come back down to request additional assistance.
