"After being shown to the apartment from the main entrance door I recommend you use the side door to leave and enter as it’s much more convenient. Communication very poor. The messages on the messaging service went unanswered, the WhatsApp number didn’t recognise my mobile so just passed me onto an email address. Email also went unanswered. All I wanted was the wifi password which was allegedly on the online ‘guest area’. There was little to no information on there. "

"Very good location in Palermo, everything is reachable by feet. Spacious and Comfortable. Communication only via Whatsapp during office hours. I would recommend it for a city trip."

"Roberto was very helpful and met us. The parking is fantastic, free and opposite the apartment . You really need this in Palermo. You can walk into the old town from the apartment so the location is excellent. In the quirky apartment it is quiet, spacious and the bed is comfortable . It’s on the ground floor at the back of the building so rather dark but there is a table in the courtyard. "

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
