Pool area very nice in the steamy beautiful jungle. Sitting out in that area in the morning for breakfast was lovely. The staff was kind and helpful.

Hotel Chablis was in a beautiful location. Our room had a balcony looking out onto the pool. There was lots of room to sit and enjoy the garden area. The staff were excellent and always helpful. The restaurant had a nice patio and the food was very good. We ate there regularly despite the many restaurants nearby.

Chablis is a very nice hotel. It’s clean, has great staff, their restaurant is very good and it’s in a great location. One of the best locations for Palenque and a great choice of hotel. They should invest in remodeling their restrooms as they’re a bit outdated, otherwise everything was great.

Convenient and comfortable.
This is a comfortable, clean and safe place. Service was good and it was really nice to have an onsite restaurant during torrential rainfalls. There were also a number of other dining options close by.

I liked that it was close to the city center (downtown) area, 5 to 10 minute walk. The walk at night is safe. Also ADO bus terminal is 2 blocks away

Excellent place, LOW water pressure
We loved the gated parking! Lots of great restaurants and bars in easy walking distance! Room was great, however the water pressure in our room on the third floor was so weak we almost couldn’t use it. Otherwise very pleased!!

Lovely hotel a short walk from ado bus station. Fair sized rooms, with all amenities. Pool large enough to cool down in during humid days.

Small hotel service was good, bed was comfortable, no elevator. Nice and quiet in a cute street, a lot of places to eat to choose from , I would recommend it. Will be back

Mi estancia fue bastante corta, sin embargo, las instalaciones estan muy bonitas, bien cuidadas y limpias. El personal que nos atendio fue bastante amable y atento. La comida la preparaban rápido en el restaurante. La alberca no la utilice, pero la temperatura del agua era agradable y muy limpia. Muy recomendable.

Spend a week working by the pool. Lovely venue to do so. Staff were nice and accommodating. Felt like a little oasis of warmth and comfort.

Excellent Property in an excellent location
Excellent property in the middle of Palenque. Very clean and comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff. A/c was wonderful. Our room also had a refrigerator. The pool was also clean and refreshing. Drinks by the pool at night was much needed after a long day at the ruins. Several restaurants within walking distance is safe, trendy area. We will definitely stay here in the future.

We liked the location of this property and we thought it was extremely good value for money. There is a basic but good restaurant attached to the hotel. Would definitely go back.

The hotel is very nice but I must say the staff is the real draw here. Everyone was such a pleasure to deal with - and our entire trip with all of our excursions we’re effortlessly planed and executed by the hotel manager, Jorge (didn’t hurt that he was also very handsome!). The hotel is in an area of Palenque called Canada - we felt very safe as this area has many hotels and restaurants. The hotel is surrounded by tropical forest and it was wonderful waking up to the sounds of wildlife!

Amazing stay. All the staff provided great service with big smiles.The room was perfect. We got the room that we requested. They honored are request for a special room cleaning process. We were very grateful for that!! Their breakfasts were a daily delight that we enjoyed on the veranda which was a very relaxing way to start the day.

I like the style of the hotel. It was made like a garden style apartment with a balcony. It had 3 floors, no elevator. I was on the 2nd floor. You enter the room from outside. Their restaurant had very good food. There were other restaurants located on the street in walking distance. Excellent experience

What an attractive and comfortable hotel! I came to Palenque to visit the ruins. After long days of bus rides, walking, climbing,etc. it was so great to return to the hotel and just chill out and enjoy the serenity...dipping in the pool, enjoying a drink...eating a delicious dinner on site, then up to my very nice, cool, clean room. Then it was the same all over again the next day! A perfect stay for my agenda. Would surely recommend Hotel Chablis for solo travelers.
