Be aware additional charge in your deposit
Second times stay in this hotel but seem like handling of check in and check out unprofessional which charge you the deposit even already check out. Have to call to get refund or released.

Property was great facilities were really good, staff were very accommodating. Great place to visit if you want some downtime and relaxation not a very touristy place.

Overall: This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. If we ever have to come to Palembang again, we might consider staying closer to the Palembang Icon mall. The immediate hotel area is ok but when you go out, it’s a bit chaotic and there’s no sidewalk. Laundry is expensive so we found a local laundry place nearby (via Grab) called Syia that did a excellent job for a one day service and our clothes were pressed and smells so good! Bathrooms in the rooms smelled like urine. Had to change rooms due to the strong smell. There must be something in the drainage because several of us who stayed there had the same issue. The door to the walk in shower had a crack so the water spilled out to the bathroom floor. When we notified housekeeping, they told us to just put a towel over it. The towels are old and smelled like mildew. Lock pad on the door and safe also were not working and had to call two separate times to have fixed. Customer service and communication from hotel management was difficult. They seemed reluctant to contact their customers and sent other people on their behalf to handle questions or escalations (which were not helpful). As feedback, when you organize a group “buffet” at the Lotus Lounge, there should be ample food AND plates to cover the number of people in the party.

Not a 5 star hotel !
This hotel is NOT a 5 star. Maybe a 3.5 stars. It is about one half hour from the airport. The cost from airport to hotel via Grab was Rp 125,000. The hotel tried to charge us Rp300,000. TV in room was small.Pool had boards loose and they wouldn’t let us take the towel from pool to our room. Very embarrassing for Modesty of Islamic wife in this Moslem country Very out of the way location.

All d staff were warm n friendly. Chelsea, d lady who checked me in always gave me service with a smile. Luv d pool. Room furnishig is nice. Bed was comfy wif lotsa of pillows, n sheets were brilliant white, really clean. Checkout was a breeze wif DM Yopi's assistance. I thiroughly enjoyed my stay n will definitely stay here when in palembsng. Kudos to Wynhdam opi for staff excellence.

Stayed here on a weekend trip earlier in the year. Fairly new hotel, but very little of interest in the immediate area. Breakfast was average and the pool was crowded. Not sure I'd stay again.

Best hotel in Palembang, new and modern.
Our stay was beyond our expectations with this brand new hotel in Palembang. Very modern with all the amenities required by business travelers to Indonesia. The entire staff was very helpful and provided service with a smile.
