Our room was non smoking and had definitely been smoked in…A LOT! It wasn’t very clean, and we were provided 3 tiny pillows and 2 thin ragged towels that all desperately needed to be replaced. There was no remote for the TV and a replacement couldn’t be provided. With BASIC towel and pillow updates and some air fresheners it would have been far better.

This property was gross. The rooms are in need of an overhaul, they are extremely dirty, filthy, sheets did not look clean, we left with no shower-because it was just gross, room smelled of smoke….will never come here again.

The door latch was broken and the actual lock barely worked making me feel unsafe . When I went to disclose the information to the front desk to check out , the desk was left unattended for a period of time until someone came back . Uncertain if I will get a refund but unhappy with the room/service .

worn out and dirty not filthy but everything was older and dirty when you walk in the area above main entrance you can tell hasnt been cleaned in years, lamp in lobby bent sideways, first room reeked of smoke, second room had dirty shower with stained grout, furniture in room all scratched up, etc kind of room that would be fine if a workman for an extended stay, but subpar to bring a family too reflects that super 8 doesnt hold to supervision standards

The property was in need of major improvements and the room was terrible. Very very dirty. The sheets were stained, spiders and other bugs were all over the room. I did not stay the night. I will not return.

The room was musty and very dusty. The shower did not work, the stopper for the tub was missing. Hair in the sink and on the countertop. Furniture outdated and rusty. The comforter had a large stain on it. Staff was nice.

Checked in at 11:30 and checked out at 11:45 15 minutes later. The room was nasty! Killed 3 roaches in bathroom, there was a blood stain on the sheet and hair trimmings in and around the sink. Asked for another room but none were available and were denied a refund. I’d suggest staying somewhere else.

First off the lights on the building were out so it was hard to find driving on the other side of the street. But the clerk was nice and polite at check-in. Then the room had an odor very strong. The shower DID NOT WORK AT ALL. Thank God it was only one night.

The staff was very helpful however I had to request for room change 2 times. The 1st run was not cleaned sink was full of flies. The 2nd room smelled like pure bleach and caused me to have a headache and nausea. The 3rd room was decent compared to the other rooms but a lot of concerns were present. I live 4 hours away and came into town for the high school football championship. When I entered the 3rd after returning from the football game it was already past midnight so I really didn't have the energy or time to request another room. However, the lady working the front desk Dec 2-3 when I checked on was very nice and understood my concerns.

Our stay was less than pleasant. We were put in a room that had an adjoining door to another. The people in the room next to us left their tv on super loud and made noise all night and super early in the morning.

I am requesting a refund, as I did not stay the night. I was checked into one room & there was not a deadlock on an outside door. We requested another room & the 2nd room had an adjoining room. The adjoins room guests were shaking & banging on our down. We packed up & left the hotel. We did not feel safe. I am requesting Expedia or Super 8 to refund my money
