We stayed here for Double Decker and could walk to the square without taking an uber. Very convenient for people trying to eat or drink without driving.

Mold everywhere in bathroom and growing in refrigerator. Told the man at the desk and showed him a picture I took on my phone and his response was I will let housekeeping know.

Great Location but needs an overhaul!
Great location!! But this property really needs a facelift. I am sure that It gets alot of wear and tear but for the price, you would still expect the basics and a clean room. The mini frig had something brown frozen in it, the carpet was stained, the desk was broken or not attached correctly, the shower curtain was not long enough so anytime someone showered, water went everywhere, and the black around the tub was less than lovely!

The beds are so hard and uncomfortable. The towels and wash rags smelled. We will not stay here again. The guy at the front desk was very nice though.

Property misrepresented as having two restaurants and two bars/lounges. One restaurant, but only open for breakfast. No bars/lounges. No service for cleaning rooms, didn't even bother to empty the trash daily. Operation run on the cheap.

Nice stay, but cleaning is not the best.
Staying at this hotel was great as it was near everything during my stay. Upon arrival, the desk clerk was very welcoming, she explained everything to make the stay pleasant. Upon getting inside the room so we can start unpacking, we noticed the room was not clean. There was a used condom wrapper on the floor and that made the stay feel as if they just spot clean and not clean. Also, it would have been nice to know upfront about the $8 per night parking fee.

Sweet and Convenient
Customer service was awesome, Clinton introduced himself and was very professional and knowledgeable of his job duties. He was very patient, helpful, nice, and friendly. The room was very clean. My husband and I were very satisfied so we decided to stay an extra night and would most definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Nothing special, like a motel 6. Coffee pot didn't work, only 2 bathclothes and I asked for more and the cleaning lady never brought more to me. The bed was on a opposite wall from the TV at a 90 degree angle and it was hard to see.

My day was pretty good. The hotel is very clean. The service was pretty nice. Free parking. Unfortunately they have a Starbucks but it’s always closed only for breakfast! The Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out and the television shut off and turned back on. You could definitely hear a little bit through the walls.

We arrived at the hotel and went up to the room. The room was not the type we reserved. Went back down to the lobby and were told we had been downgraded and the room type we reserved was not available. A hold had been placed on our credit card. I had to ask why the card hold was for the higher price when we were not able stay in that type of room. The hotel staff said that had been happening and fixed the $300 error but the hold for the higher amount remained for 3 days. I feel that if I hadn’t addressed it they would have charged the card the higher room rate. All in all a lack of concern on their part. We were there for a wedding. The location was the only positive.

Comfortable beds. Room was clean. Nice bathroom. Quiet even though it was very busy being a football weekend. Parking very convenient. Within walking distance to the square and other places of interest.

Very disappointing!
The hotel was having AC issues in the lobby. When we entered the room the pillows on the bed looked like someone had laid on them. The shower did not drain and was very dirty. Also the toilet didn’t look clean and there was barely any toilet paper on the roll and no more available rolls in the room.

No air conditioning in lobby or common areas. The thermostat on the wall in my room was falling off. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers had pulled off the wall and were sitting on the shelf. Paint chipping in numerous spots. Staff very friendly, but my overall impression was a property in bad state of general disrepair.
