"The staff were very friendly, and there were no issues in that regard. The warm breakfast was good. However, the room was poorly cleaned and had ants. We requested a different room, but it had a musty, smoky odor and also had ants, so we ended up staying in the original room since it at least didn’t have a smell. When we asked for extra towels, we were told to bring the used ones down. The air conditioner was noisy, and while the beds were comfortable, they were small. Overall, the room itself was small and not well maintained."
