Wonderful stay!!
Everything about the hotel, from the check in to the check out was fantastic!! The room was very clean and spacious. The food at the bar and at breakfast was amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly!! Very very nice.

The staff was fantastic and the food was great. Use of the fitness facilities was limited to 1 hour and you had to schedule in advance, which can be a bit limiting. Also, the photo online showed an outdoor pool and it was an indoor pool, which would not have been a problem except you had to sign up to use it. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay.

Generally a good stay but this time, I had to move to 3 rooms before one had functioning air conditioning. It got very hot in the room, and 2 nights of my stay were extremely uncomfortable without the AC. The only way to then cool the room down was to open the window, but that then brought in all the noise from outside traffic all night!

Great Hotel
We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and clean Good shower. We used the Pool and the steam room daily Excellent staff, very plesent and helpful It's a 10 minute walk to the church

Excellent hotel, very helpful friendly staff, restaurant was amazing & very good value with wonderful dishes & service especially David. A clean place but completely incompetent staff at reception. We asked to speak to the manager to deal with noisy members and nobody enen botheted to contact us . An awful experience!

A very nice, pac room but the soundproofing leaves a lot to be desired. I could hear the people next door talking, and I could hear their TV as well. Otherwise, the place is lovely. I liked the breakfast very much. I wondered why they put people right next to me when the hotel was not full---there would have been many rooms available.

I requested a non-smoking room, but our room smelled like someone had smoked a cigar. I also had requested a queen or king bed since I was traveling withy wife but they didn't have one so they put two beds together which wasn't what I expected... That being said, room was comfortable, breakfast buffet was great, staff was friendly, and the 2-hour daily pass for the jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and tropical bed downstairs in the spa made it up for everything else.

We weren’t provided very much information about the sanctuary, just a pamphlet. Our long awaited couple spa treatment which I had booked over the phone was never registered and couldn’t be honored; alternative arrangmements that did not work for our travel schedule were offered. Also to use the pool it turns our everyone has to bring or buy (€7) a swim cap. So needless to say, we were happy to leave. The food was decent, its a nice distance from the shrine so we had a nice little walk everyday. Overall it was ok, a bit disappointing but ok.

This is a really nice hotel in Fatima-perhaps the nicest place to stay while visiting the area. Building and grounds were lovely and safe. Rooms were neat and clean and staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent as were the other meals in the restaurant.

Excellent hotel.
The hotel has the best restaurant in Fatima! Also very good choice of breakfast. Plenty of free car parking. Close to churches & bus station. The pool & spa facilities were very clean & tidy. We loved our stay. The staff very friendly.
