Excellent auberge, deserved superb
Very good auberge within walking distance to the big dune. Two types of eggs were served for breakfasts, and each room has a table outside with sockets for laptops. The hot water pressure was not affected by other guests. The hotel was also clean and a full load of laundry cost 40 dirham. We can recommend for a two night stay. We were given an upgrade.

Practical Location right next to Supratours bus station (long distance busses to Marrakech and Merzouga). Also right next to the shared taxi where you can get a very cheap ride to ait ben haidu (only 20 dirham) and the movie studios. Area is not that nice otherwise. Only recommended if you pass through and stay briefly. Room is clean and up to the standards we expected. Comfortable beds with soft matras. Warm full shower. Quiet when we stayed. We didn’t like the vegetarian couscous in the hotel’s restaurant. Tasted sour. Worst we had on our trip.

The receptionists were very helpful and polite. The pool is lovely and much needed after a day of sightseeing. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. This stay was good value for money.

Great stay but windows need to be improved
Very clean place. Check in was very smooth. Breakfast was huge! Only downside was the room’s windows aren’t very soundproof so you hear the traffic and dogs barking outside.

Hghly recommend!!!
My wife broke her ankle before arriving at this hotel. The hotel staff was amazing they went above and beyond to help us. They even made ice and delivered it to our room routinely for her foot. TV, air conditioner and Wi-Fi worked great. Very clean and very comfortable bed!

This was great value for the money. The staff were very kind and helpful. It’s a great location, quiet and midway between the kasbah and the movie sets. The rooms were simple and clean.

Good size rooms. The room was clean and beds are comfortable. We weren't able to eat in the restaurant for two nights, apparently the cook was sick on the first night. Pool was great. Staff were present.

Beautiful hotel
Nice hotel with pool. (Cold water) Clean room and hotel overall. Very nice woodwork on front entrance! Working AC (hot/cold) in room and a very good shower! Would stay again if around!

We only needed a place to stay on our way to marakkech. This was perfect. Staff was very hospitable Please note that this hotel being new was hard to find on the map We let the owners know so they willl update the directions. To find this hotel you should look for the bus station in ouarzazate.

Nice new hotel.
New hotel so everything worked. Our mattress was shorter than the base- no problem for me but my 6'2" husband had his feet dangling off the end of the bed. Cleaned every day, nice sheets, towels, and air con. TV had several English channels. Good breakfast included for us. Wifi was week in our room but ok in the lobby. Across the street from the main bus station, but the CTM depot was at the others side of town. Pool looked good but didn't use it as I don't have my swimmers with me. It costs 5MAD per person to get anywhere in Ouarzazate in a petit taxi. The taxi drivers don't know the hotel so it helps to say the Gare Routire as a landmark. Would recommend.

Hôtel qualité prix rien à dire très bien Propreté des chambre au top Accueille au top service aussi le seul bémol vraiment qui gâche le tous c’est que étant donné que j’étais avec un enfant et un bébé l’eau chaude faut vraiment qui mettent une pancarte à la porte de la salle de bain avec « eau chaude sur commande » car jamais mais vraiment jamais d’eau chaude sauf quand on l’a réclamée à l’accueille c’est vraiment dommage avec mon bébé toujours à réclamer de l’eau chaude avant de les déshabiller par peur du froid. Et quand on demande l’eau chaude on vous dira toujours mais si y’a de l’eau chaude. Bref le reste ok Mais pas d’eau chaude vraiment

Bel hôtel de passage, chambre très correcte avec une salle de douche propre. Nous avons juste remarqué quelques petites bêtes se balader dans notre chambre. Le petit déjeuner était quant a lui très complet, bien fourni, avec des produits locaux et de qualité.
