We’ve been to 4 different hotels throughout our 7days trip to Montreal, Quebec & Ottawa but i have to say that ReStays Hotel is the BEST OF ALL!!! Even better than those known 5 stars hotel in Quebec! My family & I were very happy that we did the right choice of hotel in Ottawa! Everything is perfect! The hotel room is excellent! everything we needed was there.. very clean, high quality materials/hotel items, FREE & EASY PARKING! I also want to give my commendation to Nabil & Mark for being so courteous, kind & considerate with all our request! they made us feel home! 10/10!

It was a great stay, It feels like home away from home. You have everything you need. It's almost perfect. We are so happy and had a good sleep. Thank you for the Sparkling wine, my niece enjoyed it. 👍👍 I can't have it, I have allergies with alcohol. Our room is very clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Well recommended. I will surely be back whenever I get back to Ottawa. Two thumbs up for reStays Hotel.

Staff were so friendly and allowed me to wait in the lounge h tik my room was ready. My third time staying here and it’s always a pleasure! I just wish they offered dish soap but everything else was perfect!

The location was ideal, the room was good and all staff interactions were excellent. The one improvement note would be the ground floor had a strong sewage smell at times.

We had a comfortable two bedroom suite with a convenient kitchen and a washer/dryer. Great location for walking around Parliament Hill, close to the Arts Center. Only the upper floors have a view but with so much to see and do in Ottawa it didn’t matter!

I generally enjoyed my stay. The desk staff were very friendly, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I gather this hotel is fairly new and still in its shakedown cruise phase, and it looked to me as though it is some combination of hotel and residence, so it does not (yet) have the full suite of hotel amenities. So I was inclined to be somewhat forgiving. There were four issues, however, that I found rather irritating: (1) horrible water pressure; (2) the upper shower head did not work at all; (3) there was no convenient plug near the work desk -- anyone with mobility issues would not have been able to reach under the desk, where there was only one free outlet; and (4) the only coffee machine was a Nespresso type. Not everyone likes espresso. I don't. In my opinion, all hotel rooms should have normal coffee available, either drip, or even instant. I communicated these concerns to the hotel but have not had a response.
