If youre just popping in over night or want somewhere closer to the airport while using Osaka Kansai this is a fabulous place to stay. We had a high floor unit and wonderful view. Staff was amazing.

Very convenient location next to the train station and a large shopping area. Wonderful views of the surrounding area because the building is so tall.

Its one of the highest building at rinku town which is just next to a premium outlet. The view is excellent as its 54 stories high Also it has free shutter bus to kansai airport. BEST place to stay for the last 2 day in osaka before u returned. No rushing to airport if you engage their free shutter bus services. Highly recommended! Only issue with my stay is all non-smoking rooms were fully booked. But it show how popular this hotel is.

Need to practice flexibility
I arrived at 2:30pm n was told by staff that check in time is 3pm n wanted me to wait till 3pm. Ridiculous n rigid staff as I’m a regular to this hotel where all the time I was given the room once I checked in n usually I won’t go like 10am or 11am but it’s always after my lunch at the food court nearby. I usually checked out earlier than their usual checkout time 11am. I think that staff has to practice flexibility especially to regular guests like me. Thank u.

We stayed at Stargate twice. Stayed there on Monday, went to Kyoto for a few days, and came back to Stargate on Friday before returning home. I messaged them about my feather allergy in advance, and they responded promptly. They replaced the down pillows and down comforter as promised. The room on Monday was modern and bigger than I expected, and the view was beautiful. On Friday, they upgraded us to a corner room with views from 2 windows; it’s wonderful. The room is a little bit older and bigger. We appreciated the free upgrade. The breakfast was great, even had honey comb, very delicious. We also had the dinner buffet there on Friday. The hotel is quite and the elevator was fast. It’s at a great location, adjacent to JR station just 1 stop from KIX, very convenient.

Front desk and reception was fantastic. The high traffic areas looked polished and clean. However, the rooms themselves were not the quality that we expected. We had a great view of the city, however, the room needed a bit of a renewal. The carpet, sheets and some of the furniture was slightly dingy and dirty looking. The bathroom was also not the best I’ve seen from a hotel of this size. We also paid for the breakfast buffet and we enjoyed greatly. It was one of the better continental breakfasts I have experienced. Around the hotel area you can find various shopping districts and dining within walking distance. The train station is also within short walking distance.

During this visit unfortunately my room had a smoke smell even though it was a non smoking room. The staff thankfully changed my room but I wish they had checked the condition of the room before giving it to me.

amazing property close to Kansai airport and an hour to osaka. close to premium outlet shops and dining options. we stayed on 46th floor with amazing views of the airport and Osaka. very quiet and would stay again without a doubt!

Star Gate Hotel
Hotel is just a train station away from the airport. Relatively close to neighbouring malls and equally easy if you prefer to head out towards the city using the subway trains.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The amenities and the rooms are thoughtfully decorated and equipped, ensuring a sense of comfort and luxury. My only dislike was the firmness of the mattress and pillows, which were a bit too much for my personal preference. However, I'm not sure if this is specific to my room or a general feature in all rooms. Regardless, this hotel remains a great choice for anyone visiting Rinku Town.

Excellent location that provides easy access to Kansai International Airport. There is also the Rinku Town Premium Outlet which is 10 min walking distance away. Super convenient.
