Great Hotel. All Staff ..front desk, parking attendent, shuttle bus driver, were absolutely the best as always. Parking easy and convenient. Shuttle bus is great to and from Osaka station Room lovely, has comfy beds Lobby a bit crowded and busy at checkin but we used the self checkin with staff help. Would have liked to have staff just check us in after our long drive but this is a minor issue, nothing that would stop me from staying at Mitsu again.

We stayed on the 15th floor, a premium room. Great view of the river and the city. Easy access to pathways along the River, short walk from the station. Very pleased with our stay, can’t complain about anything. Access to the 16th floor lounge was great, took advantage of all the snacks and drinks. Not too much of a view on the patio. They provided wine, high ball and beer which was nice before heading to bed. Great stay and happy with the hotel.

Good business hotel. Stayed for three nights for a conference. The onsen is great, very relaxing. Good connectivity and good eats further north over the river. Will stay there again if in Osaka.
