Sadly, the AC did not work, and it was extremely hard to sleep at night. We set the thermostat at 20, then 19, and 18.. but it did not blow cool air at all. We did not sleep well because of this.

Always stay here when I have morning flight. Gives peace of mind that airport is just few steps away. Hotel is big with many rooms and room (single) is sufficiently large for one person. Besides the usual shampoo, conditioner, body wash; happy that there is hand wash too (not soap which is really wasteful as one can’t finish a soap with a night/few nights’ stay). Staff are always polite, helpful and ever ready to assist. There are restaurants and shops both above and below the hotel; and it’s just a stop (subway) away from Rinku town.

Clean, modern hotel with attentive and courteous staff. It is very convenient to Kansai International Airport (KIX) and the train station. There are good dining options next door, as well as a small grocery store.

Attached to the airport. Easy to find. Comfortable room. Good sized. I had to catch a train to Kyoto the next day also in the airport. Highly recommend when arriving late at night and too tired to travel any further.

Lovely, modern and clean hotel located across the street (reachable by bridge) from KIX Airport and the train station. The staff were so attentive, courteous, welcoming and helpful at all times. I’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

My stay at Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport was incredibly convenient. Being right next to the airport, it made my travel experience seamless. Despite its proximity to the airport, the noise levels were surprisingly low, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. If you're looking for a hassle-free stay before or after a flight, I highly recommend.

I like the property near the airport. However the laundry facility with one small washer with dry per floor is ridiculous…it took us over 3 hours to wash and dry one load of 3kg clothes that had a pair of jeans! We wasted our entire evening doing one load that only allows us to put in 30 minutes of drying time each time so we couldn’t go anywhere for dinner until the clothes were done!

Great one night stay for our early morning homeward bound flight. However, there aren’t a great deal of dining options around and some weren’t even open whilst we were there. Still a great comfortable stay on the whole.

I appreciated that it was near the airport as I had an unexpected situation that required a room on short notice. The staff was friendly enough when I checked in and offered to carry my bags. Before I checked in I had asked about the laundry facilities and the extent to which they were available. What I did not know and what I was not told is that there is no way for a guest to clean the lint traps, and the way I found this out was my clothes were as wet as when I put them in. I tried putting smaller and smaller amounts in until I was drying just three pairs of shirts or pants, and nothing. I had come in at ten thirty and it was close to 2am so I called the front desk and after a dozen minutes of attempting to communicate "the lint trap is full and it can't be cleaned" the guy on duty says "what do you want me to do about it?". I left that morning with a bag full of wet clothes. I would not return even if someone held a gun to my head. there was some kind of red-brown stain that looked like blood to the left of the sink, but that was nothing compared to the laundry situation, so I didn't bother bringing it up to them. The sheets, when inspected, appeared clean and without noticeable stains, so the presentation there was good.

The hotel is literally at the airport which made it so convenient. It only took 4 mins to walk from the hotel lobby to the international terminal. Aside from convenience, the dining options onsite are amazing. I was able to eat at one of three options they offered (Brasserie) for their breakfast buffet, because it was included in my rate. The presentation of the food was beautiful but it tasted even more amazing. Breakfast was a combination of traditional and regional Japanese selections, as well as Western choices such as French pastries. It was so good, I went for their lunch buffet before taking my four minute walk to the airport terminal. Lunch had some traditional Japanese selections but they were mainly French inspired in presentation. I would definitely return to this hotel if flying out of Osaka again.

We were so pleased we booked this hotel for the night before our very early flight. Not only was the hotel incredibly convenient for the airport, it provided a bit of luxury before our flight home. We had a large and beautiful room and everything we could have needed, including complimentary toiletries and drinks and a wonderful view for plane nerds! The staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

I stay at this hotel every time I have a late flight into Osaka, and it is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is helpful no matter what time of day it is, and the breakfast buffet has a large variety of delicious food every time I stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Hotel Nikko. I had a late night arrival and was exhausted. I was able to check in fast and the staff were super friendly even though I didn't speak fluent Japanese. They helped me check in with ease and even offered to help with my luggage. The room was super clean and the bed was comfy. They gave amenities and the shower/tub were heaven. It was nice to soak after a long flight. Check out was nice as they had a noon check out. They let you use express check out with depositing the key but I handed it to a staff member and she gladly took it and we exchanged bows and I went on my adventure. I highly recommend Hotel Nikko to everyone. Even my friends who arrived a day later used the hotel and enjoyed it.

After three long flights, Hotel Nikko serves as a convenient and excellent accommodation when you need to rest up and be ready for next day adventure. The hotel is just across the Kansai Airport exit and conveniently located next to train stations which connects the hotel to Osaka city proper.
