Old and not a very Clean room. No sanitizing alcohol in hallway or room so recommend to bring sanitizer by yourself if you worry about Covid-19.

Great getaway, close to the osaka castle. Good value for the money and the service was ok. would recommend to anyone that visits around the area.

The rooms are out dated. We had an issue with the first room that was given to us and the staff made every effort to find us a better room eventhough they are a bit outdated compared to all the other APA hotels that we had stayed at. The check in counter was located on the 2nd floor so we were a but confused when we got there. Location was ok. We were 30 mins walking distance to the main street of Osaka.

In general the hotel is okay. Location wise it is convenient. But the hotel itself looks old, hotel room carpet is quite smelly and Breakfast food is not warm enough to eat.

It was a nice place to stay at. Rooms were interesting. I've slept there for 2 nights. Beds are comfortable. Everything you'd expect in a hotel. It also looks nice.

Hotel staff are very nice and will do their best to help you. They called around the train stations to help me find my lost phone and even wrote me a note in Japanese to carry around the different stations explaining my situation.

Great location - 3min walk to subway and 10 min to Osaka castle. Bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Rooms are tiny. If you're over 6 feet tall, don't stay here.

The hotel is well located and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast in a restaurant next door is good. The rooms are very small and inconveniently laid out, with intrusive structure and services. There is much better accommodation elsewhere at this price.

Convenient to downtown Osaka
Unfortunately, no non-smoking rooms were available when I booked a few days prior to stay. The room was very small and cozy, but it met my needs. It was the smallest bathroom I saw on my week in Japan.

Second Worse hotel I had used
The only good thing about this hotel is the staff : excellent! But the rooms are small boxes the size of a bed. In other words my head against a wall, my feet touching the other wall and my arm against the other wall. To go to the bathroom I had to roll over my wife!!. The bathroom is smaller than the smallest in a cruise ship. Never again.

Bathroom is sooo small and old, bed linen was changed until the forth night, even the sheet got coke spilled on, room only supplied green tea, no coffee! No laundry machine, asked staff, apparently you have to walk for 7,8 minutes to another building to do laundry, very inconvenient. Location wise is not too bad, only 250m by the subway.

A good hotel overall, with good amenities But the bathroom is too small. Out of four hotels we stayed in during our visit to Japan, this room's bathroom was the most difficult to deal with. I am 5ft. 8in. but could barely use the toilet... so for someone bigger or taller it would be VERY uncomfortable, or even impossible.

Nice hotel, really close to Osaka Castle
Amazing hotel. I loved that it was so close to Osaka Castle. We walked to the castle in the morning and again at night to see it lit up.

Room was too small and the bathroom wasn't clean and definitely to small .. The breakfast was Japanese style .. Not much to choose from .. On the whole for what I paid.. Definitely didn't get my value... I'll probably rate this hotel a 2 star Need improvement in all elements
