"Hotel had numerous amenities including a full breakfast buffet every morning which was lovely. The staff was very helpful and they also provided complimentary transfers from the train station. We had a wonderful suite with a gorgeous view of Lake Lugano and the mountains. Highly recommend Villa Sassa!"

Slightly disappointed to find out the restaurant was pizzas only but the pizza was nice. Breakfast was also a slight let down, not much hot food to offer there than hotdog sausages and eggs. There were no pastries left when we went up"

We received a bottle of local red wine as a VIP Expedia gift but free upgrades to room with a view on the lake was not available to us . The waiting staff were very friendly and the piano music in the evening felt very special .
