It's a great location, and we did the job for our family. However, the rooms are outdated and not sound puff, so you can hear your neighbors.

Good location. Poor administration. The room was not available on time (almost 1hr late) and the housekeeking personnel show up one hr before the checking out time.

This place was HORRIBLE. My husband and o came thinking this place was beautiful. We were so wrong. We checked in and went into our room to find a disgusting moldy scent. To which we blasted the AC to cancel out the smell. But then we were freezing and when we looked for blankets. There were no sturdy blankets. It was just sheets on sheets. There was a brown blanket that was disgusting and filled with blonde hair. After showering, we still felt disgusting and were so itchy. We figured let's be positive. Let's not let our spirits go down so we went for dinner and came back to watch tv and just wind down. However. We turned on the tv and it's just the ad of the resort playing. We called to ask how to fix it and the lady said she doesn't know press the hdmi button. Which made no sense. Then we were so frustrated and Expedia came to our rescue. We checked out of the hotel that same day at 2am (technically it was the next day but we didn't sleep from the moment we checked in at 8pm to the moment we checked out at 2am). We were at this hotel max 4 hrs if that. We booked another hotel thanks to Expedia being accommodating and got out of that sh**hole. This place SHOULD not be called a resort. I've stayed at days inn and holiday inn and even those hotels are better than this resort. We're not the ones to live a luxurious or high life lifestyle. But this was A HORRIBLE experience. Seriously. Don't stay here. The staff also didn't care. I think his name was Stephen or Edward. Horrible.

This place has a lot of potential, but poor cleaning and outdated appliances. I hair spots on my sheets, shower had mold, floor was dirty and not mopped. It actually put a damper on my trip, I can say the manager came and seen my complaints and sent someone to clean it properly. After that I was able to enjoy my vacation.

The bed has to be the worst. I have never in my life slept so uncomfortably. Me and my husbands back were so sore and achy. The tub is the only saving grace. It helped with our backs…but we won’t be back.

Everything was great, close to Disney, a lot of shopping and amazing food trucks. The only thing I did not like was they charge you for towels. I have kids abd there was a pool. But extra towels were 7.00 that shoyld be mention for booking.
