Friendly staff, clean room. The market area was the best. The prices for food and chips were great. The ice cream prices were abit too much but in overall everyone that worked there were incredibly nice. The walkway to the convection was the best!!! Great in overall.

The facility was not over crowded and it was quiet at night never heard anything. Pool area and the poolside bar are fantastic. Will come back to this resort

Everyone was very friendly. Very clean and well maintained. If anything maybe a larger garbage can in the room. Overall great stay and will definitely return.

Property is a little dated but meticulously maintained. The amenities of the hotel were great. The 24 hour convenience store was a plus. Breakfast at the cafe was good, and the pool and poolside bar were great! The proximity to the convention center was perfect. A sky bridge connects the hotel to the convention center. Would recommend.

The only thing I didn’t like was how early the housekeepers knocked on the door to see if we were out of the room on the day We were checking out and how loud they were next-door while cleaning the other rooms. Other than that, it is my favorite place to stay. The beds are most comfortable. I fall asleep and in seconds, I love the place.

Room was comfortable, cold AC, comfortable beds and pillows, decent wi-fi that allowed us to work. Noisy at times mostly because there were a lot of teenagers in the hotel. Location is fantastic, walkable distance to restaurants and entertainment. I found the restaurants on premise a bit expensive. I would probably stay again.

Pros: beautiful property within walking distance to convention center. Clean, dinning options in the hotel. Cons: add said queen bed but bed was more like a full. Mattress was too firm and too small for 2 people. AC was either freezing cold or too hot.

This hotel has excellent dining options and a convenience store that is very reasonable with their pricing. The staff is top notch. I travel a lot and Rosen Plaza on International Drive is unmatched for the price. My family and I go to Universal Studios every year and we have decided this will be the hotel we stay at every trip moving forward. Do yourself a favor and stay here instead of at Universal's hotels. This hotel is higher quality and more affordable. 5 stars!

Great family stay ... Staff was professional, friendly and courteous; very clean and conveniently located to Convention Center for 1/2 the cost of the Hyatt. Kids loved the pool.

Clean, quiet and newly renovated. Loved the amenities in our room. Mattress was slightly firm just how we like it, but measured short for a standard double bed size. We were in town for an event and loved the convenience of the skywalk bridge over the street and connecting to the 2d floor of the convention center. Didn’t have to move the car all weekend.

I originally booked a different hotel which was horrible and nothing like the pictures. I found a deal for Rosen Plaza and I asked the manager if I could see what the rooms looked like before booking. He was so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be staying there again!
