Two of the bathrooms didn't have a toilet paper holders. If those were added it would be nice. Check out at 10 am was pretty early. Offering a late check out at 11 would help when leaving.

The property and home were gorgeous there were little things like toiletries (toilet paper, garbage bags, tissue boxes) I felt should have had a slightly larger supply for guests, only because I was not made aware to have extra or supply our own. But other than that everything was beautiful and clean l. We very much enjoyed the time there! I will definitely go back and recommend!

We had plenty of privacy and room for our family. It far exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed having the private pool & Jacuzzi which helped to relax muscles after being at the parks all day.

When you have five people that are staying for five nights, I think it’s unreasonable to only offer a mini size, ample shampoo and conditioner and lotion.

Pool was very dirty but Anna came in a moment and shocked and cleaned the pool top 2 bottom !!! Inside, hot water took forever to get to heated. Outside, sprinklers and plant fertilizer absolutely reak, very foul odor got on all our personalcloth camping chairs. I will have to clean/wash all 6 chairs. No bueno!!

Stayed in 3 bedroom cottage w private pool and hot tub. After long days at parks, the pool and hot tub were amazing. Home was beautiful. We had issue w hot tub and staff came out same day to correct problem. Minor suggestion, home needed kitchen towels and another set bath towels. Will definitely go back next Disney visit.

My family of 6 really enjoyed the space the 2br cottage gave us. With just a short beautiful walk we were able to enjoy the pool and other Margaritaville resort amenities. Lunch at the pools tiki bar was great and reasonably priced. Many options for dinner and other activities so close. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed in the cottages the last few times we visited Florida. We absolutely loved it! The cottage is beautiful, roomy, has everything you need. The resort itself is stunning and all the staff is amazing! Couldnt have asked for a better 10 year anniversary vacation ❤️

The property is excellent. VStays however is a disaster. There are 3 ways to stay at the property, DO NOT CHOOSE VSTAYS TO BOOK..TERRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE..

Wehave been staying at Margaritaville for the last 2 years every few months to come to Disney. We never had any issue. But this last time we had thw worst experience ever. There were cleanliness issues with hair in the sink and dirty blooofy rug under the bed and Baloons. Ane we never had any Wifi for the kids to use or watch TV. We tried calling the frontdesk no reply or call back. I only got them to reply until next day saying we had to report those issues within an hour of arriving. Mind you we arrived at midnight afetr driving 4 hours and tried to reach out but no reply. I have pictures and videos of everything, which I will refrain from posting becaue I am still waiting ofr them to give us a resolution for almost a week now. Thank you.

This was our best vacation in a long time. This property is so well maintained and absolutely gorgeous. Definitely will return and have been telling everyone that they need to vacation here. Book it!! You will not be disappointed.

Very clean and well maintained property. Only one restaurant that was closed often for a private event… close to promenade at sunset walk. Plenty of seats around the heated pool. Wouldn’t allow outside drinks though, was forced to buy from bar. I would go back though!

We went from a cruise to here, and the staff here were very accommodating of our needs. The cottage was clean and very comfortable, easily holding four adults and all our luggage. The cottage was eclectically laid out, with things in odd places and no phone that we found. One of the bedrooms had USB charging ports, while the other did not. The staff was very welcoming and willing to help with all of our needs. There was a retro arcade game system with about 60 games on it. The resort itself had a wonderful spa, and a pool area with a bar and grill. Overall, it was very relaxing.

Great place to stay, very safe and had lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Had two small issues with towels and bed that was taken care of quickly. The pool and hot tub was amazing. Overall a great place to stay and relax. My second time there and it was just as good this time as the last. I am sure I will be back again.

In my opinion, this property had to have a better description/communication, as it was self serving property. Location, property, and parking were great! Staff were rude and inattentive. Denied me in chair, while I had a hard time standing on crutches while pulling driver license and credit card out. Property was missing coffee filters and few other minor things. And staff told us to go to Walgreens to buy it. I would stay there again, but now know what to expect.

We loved staying in our cottage. It was super clean, convenient and close by to parks. Our private pool and hot tub were great for our kids and we enjoyed the main pool areas as well. My only dislike was the lack of basic necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, tissues etc. We were given a very small amount like one days worth and then had to restock that all ourselves the next day. Other than that we loved our stay and hope to be back soo.

We did a reservation for 8 people but the home only came with 6 towels. There was also a pool in the back of the house so we only had 6 towels to bathe with and to dry off from the pool for a family of 8. I called and asked for more towels and let them know that there was not a towel for each person and was told that they could not give extra towels. I’m not sure why I paid for 8 ppl if 8 ppl couldn’t be accommodated. It was a hassle to keep washing and drying towels while on vacation.

So clean and everything you could need is within 1/2 mile. Fords Garage was a good stop for dinner. Pool was clean and plenty of seating options.

Great resort! Cottage was nice and about a 10 minute walk up to the pool- would have loved to have been a bit closer, but resort had a shuttle as well- dining options across the street was so nice! We would come back!

We enjoyed our stay in the cottages. We got a lot of use out of the private pool in our unit. The resort pools were very nice, but crowded because one of the pools was closed due to construction. We liked the convenient location of the water park and sunset walk. It would have been nice to have more kid friendly activities. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and enjoyed the resort.
