The room had an extremely bad odor the cleaning people tried to cover up with a deodorant that was so strong we spent the first 2 hrs in the room with the doors propped open as it was so overwhelming. It definetely triggered my allergies the chemical smell was so strong as a cover up.

The property have nice. Only complaint is that the bedding could use an upgrade. The comforter made plastic or paper sounds, it was wierd.

I recommend this hotel, very good. I suggest that you have more options for breakfast. That would be fabulous. The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. I liked being there.

The only thing that was not satisfied was the breakfast. Everything else was great! Bedroom and bathrooms were clean the room very comfortable.

The staff was super nice! The hotel was very clean. The bathroom door in my room didn't close all the way. I enjoyed the fitness center and breakfast in the morning had many options

The room was nice and large. They left 2 bottles of conditioner, no shampoo. Also no blow dryer in the room. Had to call the desk and have one delivered which they delivered promptly.

The people that worked at the hotel were helpful and kind. The hotel location was good. But the walls were very very thin, the hotel was dated, the air-conditioning was really loud, they had no extra pillows, and they were pancake thin, beds were uncomfortable, smell was not fantastic, and the carpets just seem to be soiled. I think the employees did their best, but the hotel itself needs a complete renovation.

The hotel is near UCF main campus, and is super convenient for parents/friends visiting students. Each time we have stayed there, the front desk has been super friendly and wonderful. The property is a little older and exhibits some of the symptoms of that age (i.e., noisy A/Cs, parking lot in need of resurfacing, leaking faucets, etc.). But with that said, I am a return visitor to this hotel due to location and staff.
