Amy was amazing, as she checked us in. She was very kind and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed our conversation with her about FSU. The room was spotless, the property was lovely and close to everything! We had a great stay!

Thank you for your review and feedback. We do have a separate charge for breakfast but we also have packages online that include breakfast. We do ensure this transparency on our website. We are hopeful you will join us again in the future.
I was very disappointed that the staff denied my family the continental breakfast on the premise we used a third party app to book the room. That's not what was advertised or explained during check-in.

The property was nice overal clean, the staff i had very little interactions but the ones i did have were very pleasant the only 2 knocks i had was that the outelts by my bed was loose and if i plugged one charger in amd then the other they both wouldnt charge. So i had to find the other outlet across the room. And the last one i get it is for safety of the staff but when you come in late the side entrance door wouldn't let you in and you had to walk halfway around the building to get in but otherwise was a great stay and will be back again soon

The room smelled humid because the condensation of the ac kept accumulating in the rug. The hotel needs a renovation asap

Staff did a great job in communicating back in a timely manner. Property had no water at night for me to shower at night after a full day at work, which was a terrible experience!

On our first morning we found a roach in the shower. We called the operator and she said that someone would come to the room. Two hours later I had to killed and cleaned as I need it to go out. As I was going out I approached the reception, mention the issue and the clerk didn't seem to care. I have photos to prove.

My least favorite thing about my stay was that they do not offer breakfast and the cafe downstairs is unappealing and over priced. The pool is right next to I4 highway and was small, unimpressive, and overcrowded with kids. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, but overall not up to the level one would expect from a Hilton.

Excelente experiencia, es un hotel viejo, pero muy bien cuidado, las habitaciones son espaciosas y el hotel muy bien mantenido todas las áreas, el personal bien entrenado. Muy limpio los cuartos y baños, el desayuno no está incluido y es un poco costoso pero nada del otro mundo. La ubicación está inmejorable con muchas opciones cerca para comer.
