Never even checked in after seeing the so called water park. Can’t even believe that you call it a waterpark… Not one single person there spoken to English.. They were extremely rude.. False advertisement… Of the hassle and do not book here!! I booked through Expedia.. Pictures are not nearly as nice what it is there.. They denied my request to get my money back.. The place was so terrible in the absolute worst part.. I still didn’t even check in and went home.. Five hours round-trip driving, absolute biggest waste of money I ever spent.. Check the reviews Before you book or even consider this place.

The only issue was that I called to service my room 2 days before my last day and for 12pm but nothing was done so I have to grab toilet paper and towels from lobby

Everything was great except for the restaurant inside. If you are running a business in a resort style setting you need to be prepared to actor to large amounts of people and accommodate them in a timely manor. Waiting almost 1.5 hours for a breakfast order is insane.

My room had no hot water I went to the front desk and she sent the maintenance man, he checked it and said there was a problem with the hot water in my section, they right away gave us another room, gave us a later checkout time and the maintenance guy even helped us move. It was great service by both employees I would stay there again. I give them a 10.

It was a very nice property. It was a very nice day we had. However they overcharge for everything on their property. When you buy a six dollar drink at happy hour they will also charge you two dollars extra whether you’re using a card or paying with cash plus the tax, you have to have a credit card to use any other areas in their facility only the tiki bar takes cash. There was a complete language barrier. The property is owned by Spanish people which is not a problem, but they do not understand us, and we could not understand them, which made it very complicated. There was police officers there for disruption of children between two other guests that were staying there a lot of the children were very rough there and we’re not Supervised by parents. I tend to always keep my children with an eyes view so we were able to watch them with no problem but as far as sending your child off to play and expect them to be safe, I would do it.

This resort was very old and dated. We could never find the ice maker and several other guess could not as well. It looked like a motel and I wouldn’t recommend it or stay there again!

Our room had a smell to it, and it felt more like a motel. The staff in general was very nice. The water park looks worn but my kids really enjoyed it. The water park is suppose to open at 10am but the slides wouldn’t open till hours later till they had life guards on duty. The Tiki bar charged me 19$ for a vodka and cranberry. I was shocked at the prices for alcohol. I’m not sure if I will book again or not.

Water park was nice for little ones but we got a room with a hot tub and it was dirty. Turned hot tub on and all types of stuff starting spitting out of the jets. Other then that it was ok

We choosed the Flamingo because of the waterpark. The place was average, they have a convenience store on site and a couple of restaurants but food was over-priced. Our room was outdated, especially the carpet. If you walked bearfooted your feet will be black from the dirtiness of the carpet. That needs to go. The disappointing part was the extra fee they charge at check in for the use of the waterpark. $30 more per person plus tax. I thought, I had paid our stay in FULL when i booked through Expidia. If they are advertising thier waterpark as a main feature it should be included with the cost of the stay and not charge extra.

Water was not hot. Ever. Ceiling fan-dripping from room above. Making puddle on floor. Shower leaked down wall and onto floor-bathroom floor soaking after every shower. Asked several times in one day for room to be cleaned-needed coffee and towels. Did not get done. Language was an issue. Front desk NEVER answered the phone. Went to a generic VM box where not even sure who even calling. The phone in room did not work. AC in room was not cold. Gap between door and floor-bugs could just crawl right in. Restaurant-noone was there when we went so we left, noone seemed to know the hours of it When they did clean the room-it was clean. Kids enjoyed water park. For what we paid was ok. But would not stay again. It has potential....could use some serious updating. Front desk area and restaurant area looked nice-just need to get the rooms updated and all things working right in them.
